Sean Payton to coach in 2023 for the right team
onmyown replied to Ja Rhule's topic in Carolina Panthers
Depends. If we offer some nice money and a top 3 pick next year. Plus Tepper would probably have no issue for letting him control the aspects he wants I am all for it. Only pointy elbow people will point out SB retreads. I’m tired of 5 wins and Payton will at least have us in the playoffs with a decently built team, at minimum. -
And remember no other team wanted him. That’s never a good thing. Neither is taking a pay cut to more or less stay in the NFL as a potential starter. it’s like all these things were common sense yet I got shitted on for pointing it out…our fanbase have Tepper disease now where they think they see something other don’t and outsmart them? Lol Baker is not a franchise qb and he will never lead a team to the super bowl. Seriously people stop.

Grab Your Popcorn (Rhule Wednesday Presser Thread)
onmyown replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
So no loser’s mentality, we are just losing while trying 100% full steam ahead. Three years later. Gotcha. Yea, sounds like things are working to me. -
At some point, that will be a fact even after the fact.
-
Brown will never be even half of what he could be under Rhule. That is a fact.
-
Some players get ruined. They get too far behind and solidify bad habits due to poor development early on. Mentally and maybe physically. I forgot who it was but a well known coach said it will make or break all but the most elite players. Maybe Parcells? I have a feeling Brown will be one of those. Sam Darnold is one of those I believe as well. Burrns and Chinn, hopefully they’re in that ‘elite category” but you never know. We basically saw this in Cleveland for the better part of the past two decades. Many former players have come out and said the FO just didn’t give a poo and it ruined a lot of talent. The career in the NFL is already so short, fuging up that small learning curve window really fugs players. Even if they recover, they’ll probably never be what they could have been. Thank you Tepper.
-
I mean what exactly are we losing? Tepper has solidified the worst stretch in franchise history…that’s pretty crazy when you think how horrid he is doing tepper really is a pos if he moves a team no one wants anymore because he fuging destroyed it in the first place have some fuging dignity and fix this poo

the irony is you could as easily be referring to your own post but are you smart enough to realize it…that’s the question the fact you posted it says no

Winston playing with fractured vertebraes
onmyown replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
fug that. All aboard the tank train. Why win 4 games and get fuged out of a top 5 pick? Hell we need number 1 for the new coaching staff. most of this team and staff are utter trash and while I don’t think they’ll win even trying I don’t want any dumbass moral wins vs injured players and/or their back ups you ‘never tank!’ crowd had your super bowl vs the Saints third stringers several years ago that fuged us out of a top pick and been ass ever since, go watch those reruns and celebrate It’s time to let us have the proper tank and actually look forward to at the very least hope of a future -
Fun fact the most horrendous, pathetic teams ever fielded in nfl histories with records from 0-3 wins actually averaged about eight games where the final score was one score or less. 8 games. That’s half the season. That’s average - sometimes it was more than that. the 2008 0-16 Lions were literally the worst team in history and 6 games were one scores. point being….close doesn’t mean dog poo in the nfl. all games are more or less close in the grand scheme of things. even the greatest coaches of all time don’t average an eye popping winning %. who cares if Rhule ‘comes close’ it doesn’t mean poo and never will

i remember these kinds posts after the giants game last year you disgust me and are dead to me

Does Tepper keep Fitt and let him hire his own coach?
onmyown replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Exactly. What I’ve been saying. A Parcells type situation, though that wasn’t great. Even though Scot says Tepper said he wouldn’t do that last round, which I don’t doubt, he needs to see his mistakes or we are forever doomed and none of this poo matters anyways. JR was one stubborn owner but even he hired help, and it almost got him a Lombardi. Tepper you stupid stupid man wake tf up. -
Does Tepper keep Fitt and let him hire his own coach?
onmyown replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Tepper needs to hire someone who will help scout the next GM (like JR did with Gettle despite lot working out), then that GM needs to surround himself with his people and hire the next coach like basically every other FO does. -
Does Tepper keep Fitt and let him hire his own coach?
onmyown replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
No. fug that. Clean house. start over, period. Problem is Tepper absolutely CAN NOT make the decisions himself. He is too fuging dumb. I remember when Tepper tried to interview legit GM canidates and teams told him no way because he wouldn’t let go of Hurney and teams won’t let you interview their up and comers for the position if it’s already filled. lol Tepper is such a fuging joke and laughing stock of the nfl He needs to hire people to do this for him. Will his ego let him? Doubtful. -
should I come in here and give me schpil about baker being trash to begin with while you all were comparing him to Brees? Sam nor baker are the answer they’re rejects and trash. And they look horrid under an inept coach Rhule can’t fuging draft an develop a fuging qb if he can’t even develop a team that can win a game and he knows it he is trying desperately for a cheat code, a vet he doesn’t need to put fundamental effort in and it shows big time, and no worthwhile vet would ever play for Rhule, he’s a fuging amateur the future of the franchise is a new coach a high draft pick. a plug and play vet won’t play here. Why can’t we just fuging get this poo out of the way already fug

Panthers vs Lions energy level
onmyown replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well he is. FOR kids. Huge difference talking to a 19 year old and 25-30+ adults. it’s not the same and Rhule thinks it is, shown by infinite examples by rhule -
I have concluded the reason why it seems so hard to evaluate any position or player to a large extent is because 1. they are coached and schemed for college while playing in the NFL and 2. they are playing opposing players that are scheming AGAINST amateur hour college strategies, immediately putting them at a disadvantage, especially rookies.

This is the first Sunday in 19 years I missed the Panthers game. I felt bad at first. I watched the DVR and I sudden realized I was fine about it. I don’t think Tepper realizes are bad he is destroying the franchise. Half our fa base is already gone with cam and we already had another 30 percent fair weather fans. Pissed off PSL owners more and more. Now you’re alienating hardcore fans…just unreal

Are we the worst team in the league?
onmyown replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Really? Cause talent wise we suck pretty bad…the drafting has been atrocious…we are losing to the browns 3rd string qb and giants/jones… our qb sucks balls and we have no pass rush…oline looks like trash once again even the whole ‘talent’ and ‘potential’ doesn’t hold up with me anymore, although this team would probably be better with another coach, this is what Rhule built -
Also happens when B level college coach is grooming a rookie for the nfl

Is Tepper trying to tank for a top pick?
onmyown replied to firefox1234's topic in Carolina Panthers
I mean that’s the way the nfl works, that and building an elite team and plug in a vet/high quality no mistakes guy. But more the former. and the more you try and fight it will cheat codes and short cuts the more the franchise just gets fuged into a hole…that’s what piss poor organizations do, just look around and see it’s like a video game to them we should’ve fuging tanked to begin with but knowing what Rhule is it’s good we didn’t. Then again the same person who hired Rhule hires the next coach -
not really a hot take something with his ribs are fuged really depends on bruise or fractures and if this was mid season he may play through it but depending on what it is letting him rest for a couple weeks in the long run may help this early in the season, again depending on what it is
-
Herbert in pain, prolly out for a couple weeks at least
