  1. Not really. He’s roasting both players and deflecting responsibility from himself. I don’t know why you can’t see that and claim you see nothing without even searching. Have you seen what else he’s actually said in the pressers or interviews? He constantly blames players. No, because you didn’t look. You just want to regurgitate some BS that isn’t true. Oddly nothing Rhule ever said about Sam will prove it to you so continue on your insecure rampage. The proof is there is you want to see it.
  2. A simple google search, clearly you didn’t look. https://thespun.com/nfl/nfc-south/carolina-panthers/matt-rhule-blunt-postgame-message-sam-darnold-interceptions/amp PLENTY more like it. Stop being bias.
  3. Go back and watch pressers, it’s not that hard. You all think there is some difference but there isn’t, you’re showing your bias insecurities. The proof is in the pressers/interviews. Go and watch yourself, Rhule is a shitty coach because he’s always blaming the players - this is not some new concept miraculously showing it’s head now, it’s something he has done from day 1.
  4. Yes. Constantly. Go back and watch. Ironically, the issue is him.
  5. Couldn’t agree more. Will add 2023 for qb option as well, one that could start right away. 2 problems with continuing with cam (or anyone else besides sam) He is better than anything we have but no good enough. So he may be the difference between a top pick and a #10-16 pick. Very important this does not happen. Secondly, he or anyone else is I’ll cost more resources and sam is already paid. No need to dig further in the hole. Leave the cap and picks alone. People don’t like this mode, though the blueprint for success, because as fans we want to win and this basically equates to throwing poo out there. But it’s a necessary process that needs to happen. If you want to sign a FA qb in 2023 for competition or mentorship, that’s the time to do it with picks, rookie qb, cap and god willing a new coach.
  6. We aren’t there? An oline isn’t fixed in one off-season even with a new coach, all these things take time, should’ve been addressed long ago. What other options are there? It’s not worst case scenario it’s how a team rebuilds day 1 scenario, but the idiot staff choice not to do the inevitable day 1 as if it doesn’t have to be done. But it does and it will.
  7. Fine with me so long as the rookie can sit behind Darnold. Tank, have all picks, go oline 2023 and rest of 2022, preserve cap and start new QB 2023 with a new coach. Or go all oline, lame duck Rhule/Sam season, draft QB 2023. With a little sacrifice it will work out. Keep trying to find short cuts and cheat codes trading away the future, and we stay put.
  8. Not at all. This is what competency looks like. Full steam ahead until clock hits 0:00. We need that here and always have since inception.
  9. All these people complaining about the oline said it wasn’t that bad and was just fine when sam played behind it…when I pointed out it was worse than cam ever had his entire career and made post/threads backing it up with stats… go ahead and search for oline threads around the entire time up to when cam was signed it’s really an enigma
  10. the entire staff of the bills down to their coaches and fuging GM are what the panthers SHOULD have been if this godforsaken franchise had ANY competence whatsoever
  11. Forgot about this too but yep exactly. Damn 5 wins is a straight regress not even stagnant lol
  12. That’s because the name of the game at this point is preserve all future resources for the next regimen, which includes not resigning Cam and go with who is already paid since neither are bringing us to the promised land. It would be absolutely asinine for the new regimen not to draft and develop a QB for their era. That’s how it works, that’s what should’ve happened. We see how it worked out. And no worthy FA qb will want to come here. It’s the best route.
  13. 5 wins last year. If we end with 5 again, that’s as much proof as you could possibly need to show zero progress. How the hell do you not do better with two full drafts/FA/off seasons? Also the strength of schedule makes room for even one more win this season and it’s still a fail. Zero progress.
  14. Would be the smart route. Rhule gave up picks for him so he should have to fail with him. Tank 2022 and reset in 2023 and Rhule needs to be banned from trading any more resources away, period. Sucks for fans but it has to be done, can’t make all these mistakes without a set back, no more cheat codes/shortcuts.
  15. Sam had some very impressive TD runs early on…not sure what motive you have to downplay that.
  16. Would’ve been the first coach in NFL history going to the playoffs with a 30 or below ranked line. Impressive.
  17. he looks as bad if not worse than sam all these reasons why cam needs another chance and is playing bad are the same that can be said for sam you can’t justify one without the other with what we are seeing which I don’t believe, despite the reasons being valid…you can still tell…they’re both a no go but sam is already paid, need to tank next year with him a sit a rookie or draft a rookie in 2023
  18. think I’ll start just replaying the AZ game every Sunday and pretend we are good
  19. you know it’s bad when the announcers start talking about game of thrones
