  1. Can’t help but feel this is basically year 1 for rhule…just the things everyone is saying and overall vibe, it’s really irritating let’s fuging go already I guess when you have 7 years when history and logic gives everyone else 3, there is no rush
  2. Every since the nfl went away from Reebok, their ‘official’ stuff has been garbage
  3. not true at all I will also be the first one to say that we should resign him should be prove he’s worth it whether I like a qb or not is based solely on production because this is entertainment for me however I remain skeptical on Rhule’s 3rd retread because well, obvious reasons warrant it
  4. haven’t had one yet. still waiting for a competent owner. maybe 2035.
  5. beating the browns back up won’t mean poo…let’s remember last year and give it time before we start claiming SB MVP and compare him to QBS like Brees… …
  6. please don’t hurt the gator when it decides Joseph kind of sort of sounds like Dorito
  7. Lmao I just can’t stop laughing 2nd for Darnold? Bahaha
  8. He’s not legit yet, and that’s perfectly fine but don’t flood the forums with knee jerk bi polar threads mid season with your tantrum epiphanies everyone already knew long ago. If you can refrain from that we are good. No need to double down on stupidity since you guys are already comparing Bake to Brees lmao
  9. Was saying this before he was drafted. Not every player has the ability to be great based on a plethora of things. People here were just sick of Darnold or don’t really comprehend the former point for some reason.
  10. Miss? No. He can work hard and be a solid back up for years to come which is still worth the pick. He was never starter talent if that’s why you mean, despite delusional, desperate madden fans who don’t understand NFL history really well.
  11. he’s better than PJ and Corral by a long shot but if Baker goes down we are doomed anyways, he’ll we’re half doomed with him
  12. I gave up that hope long ago. The Panthers aren’t that bright.
  13. A winning season you say? I’m just hoping for more than 5 wins.
  14. Just stop dude. Baker most certainly looks like trash but you should’ve seen the huddle on Darnold’s nuts last year as he locked decent against the 3 worst teams in the nfl lol. I actually think the team as a whole looks a LOT like last year, with a worse defense. Everyone needs to brace themselves.
  15. It’s really a nonissue. You really want to talk about what the government spends on? Because that’s a HUGE topic with so much bullshit education loans are not even close to being relevant. If you’re truly concerned about government money allocation not a second of your life should waste a thought or energy on education. I feel like people who complain about this know very little, or don’t really care about spending issues but for some reason hate other people are getting forgiven and they’re not. But let’s not act like it’s about tax payers, moral, and government spending lol
  16. Teams don’t ‘commit’ with a QB they think is worse or has a worse projected future than one on the open market going for peanuts. Legit QBs at any age do not have such little interest, and aren’t traded for nothing. There are always exceptions but the only reason that makes sense is tanking and what we should’ve done 4 years ago but regardless, saying the lack of interest in taking a chance from teams who are already ‘committed’ to a garbage QB shouldn’t just be brushed off as meaning nothing.
  17. Rhule and co are not smarter than the rest of the NFL who had no interest in Baker for a can of pringles…and this scenario assumes they are. But to play along I’d assume a 3 year slightly overpaid contract for a good year, which I’d be fine with, but to be honest if I am Baker and do well and garner interest I would get the fug out of Carolina if Rhule is here to stay, and Tep as an owner.
  18. oh look a typical fair weather fan that has posts in September and October and disappears when the Panthers aren’t winning and shits on long time posters who may be negative but damned if they’re not still passionate enough to at least talk poo, talk draft in off-season, and contribute yea bro you’re so unique cause this place already doesn’t have a swarm of you whine a cheese turds this time a year stfu
  19. It’s not just that. Look at the drafts under Tep, Hurney and then Rhule. And then look at wasted and traded picks. Looks at how poorly the management and development of talent. I mean it’s god damn armageddon amateur hour. Now proceed to watch ex coach, players, and front office interviews within the Brown organization of the past two decades or so. It becomes culture. Our team is LITERALLY mimicking the worst joke of a franchise in a time period the NFL has ever known. The Panthers will become the new era Browns with very little competition, and once it happens, it’s extremely hard to come back. Your team is dying before your very eyes and you can’t even see it.
  20. Don’t bother. People around here think he’s a savior/franchise QB for whatever reason. Desperation maybe. Don’t watch much outside of the Panthers maybe. But it’s dumb. Corral is not talented enough to shake NFL guys, even back ups. This isn’t college, and that’s the truth. Hopefully he will turn into a solid backup over time if he puts in the work so the Panthers can find their guy. If he does he will be worth where he was picked.
  21. 1. The oline has zero depth and may not be as good as on paper, the Panthers LOVE that story. I don’t believe they’ll be average or better than average, but close, barring an iniury. 2. The Dline looks really bad…not sure what the plan is here or if building up the secondary was the scheme all along but expecting everyone to be covered for 4-5 seconds is unreasonable. Plus poor run defense. This will absolutely be a disaster. 3. Probably the worst aspect of it all and that is wasted draft picks. Our drafts lately have been really, really bad. Outside of Chinn, someone, anyone, needs to separate themselves. This really set us back if everyone continues to get injured or looks like garbage, including players we traded picks for. 4. Obligatory QB position, I believe Baker will be slightly better than Darnold but not good enough. In a QB needy NFL I refuse to believe a Baylor college coach knows better than all the other teams who needed a QB did not have any interest.
