Yeah, I think the injuries are a factor in this too.
-
That was a horrible spot.
-
Great throw by Sam.
-
This scheme is not complimentary to Chubba's run style at all.
-
I got a fevah and the only cure is more Freeman and Tremble!
-
Bill: Dammit! We missed one!
-
Also, prepare yourselves for plenty of judgment calls against us this coming drive for Houston.
-
DJ, Royce, AND tremble from here on out.
-
Now, go bust this fuging nerd's ass!!!
-
NGL, that was an incredible call by Brady. War Tremble!
-
Also, just speculating here, but I think Jaycee broke something.
-
The refs bogged this game down with their bullshit and got us to play the Texans game. Now it looks like we're running at half speed compared to them. Same poo they did in SB 50.
-
Late hit much?
-
They're definitely not. I've always felt you could argue teams are lined up offsides every play, bc they all do it. But clearly, the NFL made it a point of emphasis against us tonight, and I think it was by design to slow our defense and pass rush down.
-
They're even worse for us, and I don't mean injuries. We just never show up. Also, Cam's career essentially ended on TNF. I have been saying for years, I don't even want to be in them... even if it is our only national game each year, I'd rather not have any.
-
Agreed. They've been nudging them along every drive. 3 offsides lined up in the neutral zone??? Every team lines up that way, and yet now they just called the 4th... not even jumping, where we're lined up. This is fuging bullshit.
-
Well, good to see the officials points of emphasis for tonight's game only came from the Texans. I swear I fuging hate the NFL.
-
In line with our tradition of TNF showings, the cherry on top would be Joey Slye kicking and converting an NFL record long FG attempt for the win.
-
I've been saying it for years - no winning team invests heavily in RB. No matter how good or versatile they are, you just can't. The Niners are on like their 8th RB and still whopping ass, because your offense shouldn't be built around them. It's lazy and will eventually bite you in the ass, as it is currently doing us.
-
Pretty sad that your starting RB getting injured exposes that your starting RB is your best pass blocker.
-
Welp, offense can't move now... on the road, CMC out, and now the defense is getting exposed by a rookie QB who pbarely played college football. Just another TNF game for our Carolina Panthers.
-
Can't hide our deficiencies on OL anymore with CMC out. Paradis sucks. This is gonna be a rough few weeks.
-
I knew CMC was gonna end up on the shelf with how much he was being used. And now here we are... remember how stagnant the offense has gotten when he went out a few snaps the first two weeks? Welp, thats the offense now for the foreseeable future. And this, ladies and gentleman, is why you don't invest a lot of money in RB, no matter how gifted and talented they are. This sucks.
-
Thats my expectation, but I'm setting the bar low due to my life experiences as a Panthers fan lol, and simultaneously hoping we blow the doors off in complete dominance.

NGL, I was legit surprised 66 or whatever it was is the 6th highest QBR. I know 50 is considered the average, obviously, as it's on a scale of 100, but I was legitimately surprised it was that high. And the clean pocket stat is nothing but encouraging considering a lot of the concern about him was that he would be antsy and see ghosts from his time in NY. Very, very encouraging.
