  1. Yikes. TMZ is reporting Riggs is expected to be OK, but the pics from the accident look really bad - looks like one car caught fire.
  2. Eww. Honestly, the only CBs I would consider trading at this point are Bouye and Jackson, for the very right price. Taylor is balling out and has shown some lockdown traits and he is a 5th round rookie. He's only going to get better, no way I'm trading him. Love Donte, too, but the CB room is crowded and he's coming up for a contract... And I definitely think both of them would net much more than Dillard. I'm not interested in trading for him, as his issues in Philly give me pause.
  3. Nick Foles behind this line would have our staff indicted for murder.
  4. The beauty of yesterday though was the the playaction did work for the first time in a long time. Those bootlegs worked better than they had since possibly ever this season. The defense started selling out to stop the run on the PA... problem is, Sam is scared to throw. As TheRumGone just illustrated with the pocket time and air yards stats, he doesn't trust what he's seeing in front of him, and thus, he just doesn't pull the trigger or he pulls it extremely late, which is also why it's not a coincidence we have receivers getting laid out and injured every week. He doesn't anticipate anything except being hit. The issue I had with him coming out of college is the same issue he has now - it doesn't matter how "sneaky athletic" he is, or if he has all the arm talent in the world, if he can't process what he's seeing, if he can't progress through his reads, and he can't be decisive and anticipate what read will be open based off what the defense is giving him, then everything else is worthless. And that is his problem. His processing part of his game is his fatal flaw, and it doesn't matter how much coaching or opportunities he gets, the sample size dating back to college is there, and it indicates he can't read a defense. It's also why he's so inconsistent and has flashes of incredible throws (like the 4th down pass to Ian Thomas a couple weeks ago), but he can't sustain it because you can occasionally guess correctly, but more often than not, you won't. It's why this offense is so hard to watch. Look at how many plays yesterday Sam scrambled out of the pocket and instead of, like elite QBs, buying time to throw it downfield, he takes off like a chicken with his head cut off because he is scared to throw it. Brady has made some dumb calls, but it's hard imagining just how limited he is because of what he can and can't call based off the stuff Sam can't do and/or is missing every pass play.
  5. My assessment of him coming out of college was his [Darnold] ceiling was a bottom third starter at best. After seeing him further now as our starter, he is not even that. His ceiling is NFL backup, and even that is questionable because he is much more likely to lose you a game than he is to manage one and win it.
  6. OL is poo. Agreed. But, part of their issues has been a lack of balance and poor scheming to mask our deficiencies. But, even with our issues, the plays and passes were there to be made and Sam has left plenty of them out there.
  7. If we have a real QB, we would be undefeated right now. Every game we have lost was because the offense couldn't pick up in the games where the defense finally gave way under the pressure of having to carry the team. It was cool watching the run game come to life again, and it's always a pleasant surprise to pound the opponent into submission like that and just take away their will... but, it's also archaic. It just sucks not having a guy you can trust to put the ball in the air.
  8. I keep telling people this. His catch rate was below average in NY too with Sam. And it isn't just Robby. People are acting like our other receivers aren't dropping them - they do, every week. I suspect it's because they either fear it's late and they're gonna get laid out, or they just have a hard time tracking the ball coming out of his hand. I've never seen anything like it. It's one of the biggest reasons I would rather give PJ a shot for the time being, with a full week of practice and preparation... I know he's not a solution long-term and his redzone decision making scares the poo out of me, but we are leaving so much production out of the field because the receivers just aren't comfortable with Sam. Also, Sam hamstrings us because we can't take deep shots due to his hesitancy to throw it. Dont get he wrong, he made some clutch throws yesterday in key moments, but he just leaves so many plays out there... the games we win shouldn't even be this close.
  9. Yup, looked good. So did Lochlon (sp?), we looked so much better on ST.
  10. Didn't look limited to me. Shaq was a fuging beast today.
  11. He does show a lot of heart, and he had some key clutch throws today, so I appreciate his effort... all that being said, I hope he is okay and recovers quickly, but his hesitation to throw the ball is really hurting us and holding the offense back, and is really close to leaving us horribly thin at WR.
  12. I hope Ridley is okay in his personal life. On the other hand, I can't wait to see noodle-armed Ryan finally have to play football without all-world receiving help to constantly bail him and his cans of corn out.
  13. We have Morgan on the PS. But I would love to sign Cam, regardless.
  14. I'm so fuging sick of Matt Ryan's pussy ass. You fuging crybaby bitch.
  15. Yeah, was slow to get up on both, but you could tell this last one really got him good because he didn't see it coming at all.
  16. Just look at this fuging pussy, flicking the ball up like a bitch, "oh someone please catch it, I don't want to hurt my vagina! Ennngh!"
  17. They always do. Its crazy, I used to think it was just Quinn, nope, they're just naturally filthy assholes.
  18. Also, noticed it earlier, but Rhule must have sensed the heat this week because he looks absolutely exhausted.
