  1. Thanks for the additional information, LG. TBH, after listening to Rhule's presser, it sounds like he was giving Sam one last reprieve. He specifically said he wanted to give Sam a chance to "play himself out of it," referring to the bad plays he had already made today. I view it as though he was giving him his last chance altogether. He seemed very forthcoming about how he felt about it and said "the QB can't turn the ball over." When asked of he felt like he could still win with Sam, he reiterated that the QB can't turn the ball over and wouldn't commit to him moving forward. He also defended Robby's outburst towards Sam, saying it was after the third turnover and everyone on the team was frustrated because they knew they couldn't win the game with that kind of play. I understand giving him his last real shot to NOT give the job up, but not at the expense of losing the rest of the team while he does indeed lose the job... because he lost the game and badly, in the process. I dont know that PJ would've done any better, but he couldn't have done any worse, and I feel like the team knew that, which is what makes this worse... it feels like Rhule left the team out to dry at expense of doing Sam a solid.
  2. And it's one of the biggest reasons why I say Sam is by far the worst QB I have ever seen start for our franchise. He is not only horrible, he is dangerous.
  3. This is the second time I've read about this today. I thought the team out out a statement saying they didn't get rid of it? Well, if true, I guess Tepper really is trying to put his soulless, hedge-fundish, poo on the little guy touch on the franchise and gameday experience. Nice.
  4. Never said that. Again, the stats show what the problem is. Experts have broken down the tape and saw a clear shift in how he is used this season versus how he was used last season. The whole offense sucks and is unproductive. Robby isn't why. He almost died trying to catch one of Sam's shitty ass passes. TMJ got knocked out for two weeks because of the same thing. That is why I don't hold his drops against him... he didnt have these problems with Teddy last year, because Teddy was decisive, even if conservative, and didn't risk getting his receivers stretchered off every pass attempt. That's why I don't blame him. He has essentially been demoted and relegated to being a blocker because of an inept OC and QB.
  5. I completely agree. Something has to be done now, and imo, it has to be two moves together - bench Darnold and fire Brady. If we still have the same issues, Rhule has to go. I fear that the existing offense is so basic and college-like that even if they promote someone else, there isn't enough structure in place to run anything different or more productive. I've been saying the same thing for the last few weeks about the offense being horrendously predictable and there clearly is not any adjustments being made to help spark it into a rhythm - yet, every week, our opponents give a masterclass on how to do exactly what Brady hasn't and won't, and he still comes out every week to poo the bed in the exact same basic ass fashion he did the week before.
  6. We are teetering into some perilously dangerous territory. We are going on three straight home games where the opposing fans were just as loud and as prevalent as our home fans, if not more. The fans are losing interest and not showing up. I know you are competitive and want to win. But, this is a plea, from a lifelong Panther fan... you have to do something. I don't know that Rhule is directly to blame, but I know Joe Brady is a huge problem. I know Rhule had a direct say in: 1) Releasing Cam 2) Signing Teddy 3) Moving on from Teddy 4) Trading for Darnold 5) Not considering Fields or any other draftable QB So, those things lead me to believe that he is a huge part of the problem, and his behavior and seeming lack of direction at this point are not only troubling, but lead to me believe he is not the answer as a coach or leader. If he is not going to be fired this week, Brady needs to be and Rhule needs to be put on notice. This game today was winnable with a competent coaching staff and/or QB. Unfortunately, it appears we have neither. There are coaches who can win with lesser talent than what we have. This is unacceptable. Darnold absolutely cannot start again for this team. Brady needs to be fired yesterday. Rhule and his remaining staff need to be put on notice. Again, please, do something. These efforts are not only unacceptable, but they are horribly painful to watch because we don't even have a chance when we should. I know you aren't scared to cut your losses and admit a mistake before it becomes too costly, and it's time to consider the losses with this staff. Also, please reach out to Cam and see if he'll return to carry us until a young QB can come in as the QB of the future. Please, and thank you.
  7. I've seen every QB we have ever had play. Pickles was bad, but Sam is the worst QB I have watched in a Panthers uniform.
  8. I've never seen Belichick talk to a coach that long before... Rhulr must've been kissing his ass and asked if he was happy with the amount of offensive snaps we gave them to run today.
  9. Well, if it talks, walks, and plays like a bitch. It's probably a bitch.
  10. I posted an article from David Newton (I know, but hear me out) a few weeks back explaining why Robby is struggling this year. It cited many advanced stats from quoted statisticians and they found he had been relegated to the third read and most routes and was missed on a high percentage of passes where he was wide open. It's all been Sam and Joe Brady. They are fuging up everything, and Robby has paid the price for it.
  11. I respectfully disagree. Robby is still respected by his teammates, and he is speaking for a lot of them. He also wasn't wrong when he ranted on the sideline earlier in the year about DBs jumping routes. I support Robby. He is having a bad year, but he is often the third read in plays and has been relegated to blocking for the majority of the year because of Brady and Darnold. He has dropped a lot of checkdown passes that were irrelevant in the big picture, and I don't hold it against him. His QB sucks and his offensive coaches suck.
  12. My checklist for the rest of this game: Injure Mac Jones. Hit Clete Blakeman during a play resulting in him having a traumatic brain injury. That'll do.
  13. Clete Blakeman strikes again. The actual spot was nowhere near where they marked it.
  14. Robby looked like a top 10 or 15 receiver last year. Now he can't catch a cold with Sam and is clearly miserable. It's not coincidence. Sam sucks and he's dragging down the rest of the offense with him, if not outright getting them knocked out in the process.
  15. Robby was just cussing him out on the sideline. And none of it likely matters anyway because Rhule clearly appears in over his head and I expect him to go back to college ASAP.
  16. The Pats need to do Sam and Matt a favor and get Sam's shoulder to flare up again. Please Patriots, save our receivers from him.
  17. And don't nobody say poo to me about any receivers, especially Robby, not laying out for Sam's sorry ass passes. He is going to get them all decapitated.
  18. Please get Sam the fug out of here man before I drive to Charlotte and personally beat Matt Rhule's ass!!!!! We will not have any healthy receivers if this continues. My God this is fuging insane!!!
  19. Down 18, with 2 minutes left in the third. Let's run.
  20. These are the guys that allowed Denver to attempt murder on Cam in the Superbowl.
  21. He shouldn't have even touched the field in the second half.
  22. The world without Clete Blakeman is a better place.
  23. Sam shouldn't have even been out there to throw that pick.
  24. Cam right now is a million times better than Sam. Rhule is just a dumb, stubborn asshole.
