Well, issue is, just like with Mayfield, and guys like DJ and TMJ now, it honestly didn't matter... they were not gonna do what they are doing for other teams here under McAdoodoo. Shanahan makes JAGs into pro bowlers, so it was a given CMC was gonna go crazy with them. It just wasn't gonna happen here and it was best to get value for him as a RB with an injury history on an expensive contract.

It looks like there was visible space between the ground and the ball even when he tucked it between his legs initially when he first rolled. And regardless, I think the argument could be made bc the ball wasn't moving even then, that he had control the whole time.

Chinn needs to keep his ass in the box. Period. Again, hmi understand why you want to leave him in coverage because he has all the physical tools and abilities, but his actual coverage skills and instincts in coverage are almost always complete ass. I love Chinn, but he needs to be almost exclusively in the box.

Yeah, who was drafted as a space-eating, run stuffer lol. And Crosby was largely invisible the other night as well, and was getting held a ton. And again, almost all season, Burns is getting double teamed and chipped in addition to being held, EVERY play.

Kind of tough to do when he has no other real pass rusher they have to worry about and he is getting held every play.

Idk, watching live and not having the benefit to go back and watch entire games this year, it just seems I notice Moton for bad plays much more often than any other starter on the OL this season. I agree, the Giants game was the last time he really struggled.

I think those OL "stats" are very subjective. Ickey has been light-years better than Moton. Edit: and as I typed that, he gave up his first sack since week 2. Dammit.
