Tbh, I'm enjoying Vilma much more than watching Bryce right now. And that's saying something.

*shrug* so was drafting a noodle armed midget #1 overall. I didnt like Wilson's disposition but he is physically talented and throws effortlessly. Would you rather have a guy who struggles to read defenses and make decisions as a passer who can throw effortlessly 60 yards or one that struggles to throw 15+ yards? I think thats an easy decision.

Gonna suck seeing him return to form somewhere else. I had high hopes for him under Evero, but apparently he isn't a big fan.

I wanted no part of Wilson coming out of college. I would take him then and now a million times out of a million over. Bryce. No question.

They have a delusional belief in Bryce, and also pretty sure they feel obligated to try to make him "work," because of Tepper and the investment. It's part of why this poo is going to take a long time to dig ourselves out of this hole.

I dont think it's even chemistry... his placement is just always bad on deep throws. It's either severely underthrown, or to the inside when they're looking outside, or outside when they're looking inside, or just 10 yards over their heads when they beat the defense. I think it's like with a pitcher and location. If a guy doesn't have a strong arm, the harder he tries to throw, the less accurate he is with placement. It's the difference between throwing and "pushing." The deeper the throw, the more it looks like Bryce is pushing. But to be fair, he is not throwing on platform either because of the shitty protection most plays.

Yeah, was just saying it was a definitive report form a source in the know. Can't remember whose article it was... but just sharing because I asked the same thing when Frank was fired, as I thought Evero or Brown would be the ideal interim with a chance to become permanent HC. But with everything that's come out since, if I was Evero or Brown, I wouldn't take it either even if it was offered.

I'm sure it's happened before in his career, but I don't recall Hekker ever getting blocked before... and that block wasnt on him buy the protection, but still just a sign of where we are... and he has been ass this year. Might be time. Also, we're what, 4 mins from halftime? Bryce has 1 completion on 8 attempts. It's a long, long way up fellas.

I agree. It's a pipedream, but maybe the O'Brien/Bryce connection would entice them enough? But otherwise, any GM with a brain isn't giving up more than a 4th rounder at best for Bryce.
