Yeah, they didn't block at all, but Brady has to know our strengths, especially in goal-to-go. There was absolutely no guess work required on any of those plays. They knew exactly what we wanted to do, and Brady relied on our guys to beat their man one on one in blocks... And Ian Thomas completely blew it with CMC's run to the 1.

Idk man, Chubba showed a lot of promise and translatable ability and skills in the preseason. It seems their line is getting in the backfield every time he gets a carry. Also, the only 2 carries he's had so far, they had Ricci blocking in front of him and he never blocks anyone. It appears CMC's best runs have been out of single back formations, so I'd prefer they just let Chubba run like that as well bc Ricci is a liability as a lead blocker. None of this is to take away from CMC bc he is a fuging beast... I would just like to see Chubba put in better situations so we can better guage where he's at.
