Dont bother, he's still sour from that piece of Turducken we ripped off their ass back in 2015. Let him enjoy it... we'll see them again in the playoffs, and things will be much different.

And the last time your team was any good or relevant, MC Hammer was the greatest rapper out and high-speed internet didn't exist. Thanks for stopping by, but you're done here.

It’s Official….Sam D was worth the trade.

I have been pleasantly surprised with Sam's progress and performance so far, especially as someone who didn't believe in him at all coming out of college. He may very well be the answer as our franchise QB, and that feels weird to say lol. That being said, one thing he really needs to get better at is working through his progressions and hitting the deep ball more consistently. That first pick to Diggs, he had Marshall wide open, and it definitely could've been a TD. Rhule said Robby was wide open on the play but Diggs dropped off his man - I'm guessing Marshall was his man and he dropped off anticipating Sam was checking it down underneath to Robby, which he did. Also, on another play, this is the second week in a row that he had Robby wide open on a deep pass and missed him. Diggs cheated off Marshall bc we weren't (and haven't been) pushing the ball downfield when it was there. We are leaving a lot of points on the field in these missed opportunities and these are the plays that separate the good from the great. He's got to start getting these downfield shots in and be more accurate with them to take that next step in his development. They have been there every week, but his default is to hit the short to intermediate routes. It's not as troubling or to the extreme as it was with Teddy, but still bothersome that we're missing those opportunities. Getting some pass pro to have confidence in would probably help too, though. -
I expect as much, but it is maddening. The staff has even said they saw starter potential in BC, going back to the draft and even after the preseason and seeing him against NFL-level competition. Brown looked good to us, but it doesn't seem the staff is overly enamored with him. But, again, from the outside looking in, both guys looked like clear-cut better options than the current starters.

Also, the other reason I didn't mention Paradis is because I just don't think Rhule will bench him. IIRC, he's been brought up as a leader in the locker room and such, and just seems to be well-regarded by the coaching staff, regardless of how bad he is in games. That, and it just doesn't seem there is any clear cut better option than him despite how bad he's been... Elflein is equally bad, and Tecklenberg is worse, so I feel like we have to upgrade around him because we're stuck with him.

Great thread. You did a much better job breaking it down than I would and the reasons why it caused us problems, but it was clear that it was run fits and gap control dhe to the alignments. There was a play early where they broke off a long run where right before the snap, I noticed we ran 3 down linemen, and Reddick was aligned to the outside of the tackle and leaned in at an angle... and right before they snapped it, I felt like it left a lot of real estate in the middle... the first 3 weeks of the season we were used to bullying the opponent into passing and pinning our ears back when they did. We also did that in those games because guys were making incredible plays against the run in 1 on 1 situations and attacking downhill. Today, we missed a ton of tackles, took some bad angles, and just looked sloppy. We weren't able to force them into passing like we did the teams in weeks 1-3, and it was because we didn't play the run.

No doubt, Paradis is disappointing and has been since we signed him, and likely is responsible for 1 sack a game from being bullrushed into Darnold. That being said, I can live with his 1 sack allowed a game. What we can't live with is Erving and Miller getting their ass whooped every play. I saw Miller on the ground more today than I saw him block anyone and he had a penalty. And Erving needed help every snap. We sent two players to chip on the left side on one play... that just isn't gonna cut it. Hopefully BC and Brown make a line that is a greater unit than the sum of the parts.

This OL, as-is, absolutely sucks and will single-handedly ruin the season. Yes, the defense got gashed today, but the Cowboys are a good team and the game really came down to us not being able to move the ball or score on the last possession of the first half and the first possession of the second half, which was also when Quinn realized if he overloaded the box with pressure that we couldn't stop it. Then it was a free-for-all. Fix it, Rhule. That game shouldn't have went down the way it did. Don't let it happen again.

That was an incredible call. But fug the Cowboys and fug kellen Moore and his horse-toothed ass.
-
Thank you. Wasn't sure if it was the entirety of the 4th or after a certain minute mark.
-
Thats game. Defense got exposed today.
-
We have to score in the next 1-2 minutes of game clock.
-
Why are we not running double moves? They're jumping everything.
-
Why is the clock still running?
-
I generally agree, but I make a special exception for him as well. That was one of the single dirtiest plays I've ever seen.
-
My God, we are getting absolutely punked.
-
I still hope Kazee has a horrendous career ending injury after his cheap shot on Cam. Idgaf. fug him.
-
Which is surprising bc we saw a ton of them last year.
-
I just don't understand why you're trying to throw 4 yard curls when they're loading the box with pressure. They're trying to jump everything underneath and two straight possessions Sam threw it underneath. We're down 3 scores, either take the sack or push it downfield and stretch the defense out... make them uncomfortable.
-
Smh... same poo. Sam fell apart. You have to push the ball downfield. They're sitting on everything and jumping it.
-
Quinn is such a fuging asshole, man. He always bullies us and our teams always take it. He showed us at the end of the half that we was gonna overload the line and send pressure. And yet, we kept trying to dink and dunk and didn't push the ball downfield at all. Very disappointing.
-
Wow. This couldn't have went much worse. Also, Chinn is getting exposed in coverage big time.
-
That was very Teddy like from Sam. Marshall was wide open down the field and he completely missed him bc he was scared to push it down the field.

Game.
