Was probably fair advice 20 years ago but think that had passed. An average coach yes, after 3 years they can become the guy but if you have an awful coach and you know after 1 season, you have to pull the trigger. I’m not saying Frank is that yet

If he’s as humble as I’ve heard it’s time to turn over play calling. It’s painfully clear he can’t handle both HC and play calling duties.

We’re not in the position to pay a DE that money. As much as the FO won’t admit it, we are rebuilding. Start with your young QB we’ve invested so much into and overpay for another guard and WR to protect your investment. Build the D through draft and free agency
