  1. Recih regarding height: We are looking for playmakers. Look at all traits and weigh it. If 10 categories (assuming he means height is one) he says everything is factor but ultimately are you a playmaker
  2. He did just say it’s game tape, not combine or pro days. Wants 2-3 years of experience. said Russel never had balls batted down in college and could find passing lanes and those are things he looks for.
  3. Your thread was first so I’ll respond here but LETS GOOOOOO FITT IS DADDY
  4. #39, no more than that. You have to pay him.
  5. I know that has to be a typo where you said trade a 2nd and 3rd for Hopkins. Has to be a typo. There ain’t no way.
  6. You don't pay 2 backs. Sanders, Hubbard, late round pick is what we should roll with
  7. If you weren’t aware there is still FA and the draft. Why are you acting like signing Dalton means we’re done at WR, RB, and TE?
  8. I honestly wouldn't look at anything the Raider's did last year it was such a cluster. His contract has an easy out after 2024 if I'm reading it correctly. I think a guy like that makes a rookie QB transition so much easier, especially when we have no outside weapons currently.
  9. I get this but I think he is a top 3 TE. For $12M and a 3rd I think it's an absolute steal. Pretty sure no dead cap after 2024 season if you needed to move on. Also would let us go all in on WR in the draft
  10. Wow Darren Waller to Giants for A THIRD ONLY. We missed on this one.
  11. Yes, anything in the mid to upper 50's/low 60s is above average to elite. Not that this is a very important stat teams look at, but to specifically answer your question. https://www.nfl.com/videos/c-j-stroud-anthony-richardson-dtr-show-off-velocity-with-throws-ranging-from-59-
  12. 6 mil???? WOW great job by the FO. Someone on another post was saying sign him for 14
  13. I’d love this. Current group, 2nd round rookie, TY
  14. What? 14 is insane. I feel like $9.5 is about the highest we should go.
  15. Goodbye king loved watching you play here
  16. Dude go to bed. Youre calling random people on the internet names. You’ve lost it
  17. Oh weird I thought cherry picking data means you have an agenda
  18. He was shot by 2018 via a dominant shoulder injury. He wasn’t wheelchair bound not sure where you got that, he was just physically shot for his game. I don’t know what else to say there, if you don’t believe punishing NFL defenders for 7 years partially attributed to that with the Steelers game basically sealing his fate, we won’t agree on anything. This coaching staff would not use whoever we draft the way Ron made Cam save us with physicality from the position. Just to be sure I’m clear, because I believe BY can play the position at his size = I have an agenda? I don’t agree but fine if you think that. I’m also not upset at all, as stated multiple times I’d be happy with Stroud. I think BY is the better player but if our professional coaching staff that has been doing this for 30+ years thinks it CJ I’m all on board. I’m sorry that upsets you
  19. I’ve seen the word agenda thrown in this convo so many times. I guess my “agenda” is Panthers taking the best QB for us? Idk tell me what my agenda is because you must know better. My personal opinion is BY and the size thing is being blown completely out of proportion. We had the biggest most physical freak QB of all time and he made it 7 years (7 great ones) before being physically shot. I keep seeing on this board if BY was 6’2 and 225 he’d by the unanimous #1. My only differing opinion I guess is I think he’s still #1 at 5’10, 200 with the way the current NFL is structured to protect and flourish QBs. I guess that’s my “agenda”. (?) It feels like way too many on this board think we will play whoever we draft like we did Cam. Cam was the best to do it in black and blue so I get it, but it’s not reality. Both these guys are not running QBs as a major part of their game. If the coaching staff goes Stroud I’m happy and fully supporting him.
  20. So he’s the same size as a future hall of famer and a 2x pro bowler. Oh he’s also the same size as drew Brees. In an era where even a sack has to be performed in a very specific manner or it’s a penalty. He’s not even a running QB. At what point am I not in trouble?
  21. He’s also the same size as Russell Wilson. You can’t just selectively pick a bust and act like that’s the end of the discussion. (Besides size wasn’t what killed Manziels career) also just curious, if him playing against SEC teams + the best of the best in the playoffs is “mediocre programs” then are there any college teams you’d consider not playing mediocre teams? I’m not following that one.
  22. Why does nobody bringing up Bryce’s games against Georgia in this argument. He played them twice, went 1-1 with 4 TD to 2 INT and 790 yards. Bryce’s games were also basically back to back which is as close as you can get to simulating playing conference opponents with NFL talents twice a year.
