  1. Don’t forget he takes the check down if nothing is there instead of throwing into double coverage
  2. Not too early. We know for a fact this group won't be set for next year. The only question is can Mingo develop into a 1 and TMJ a 2. Hopefully one of those 2 happen
  3. Yes TB said they are moving on after this year.
  4. Very early but after seeing our group Sunday I think it’s safe to say this will be a priority along with CB. Top 3 free agents I’d like to see us target: -Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman, Calvin Ridley. I imagine no way JAX lets Ridley walk but we know Higgins will be available if not traded. Wouldn’t mind seeing us overpay him for 3 years while we have Bryce cheap. Top 3 realistic draft targets: -Keon Coleman, Xavier Worthy, Malik Nabors. Worthy is my choice here, true speed guy that can stretch the field. I’m not sure he makes it to the second round but if he does I’d be ecstatic with that pick. Who are you targeting for next year?
  5. Idk why I also thought at first it’s more likely his dad than him but NFL fans are crazy, it could be a Broncos fan trying to make Horn look bad even tho they already won the CB draft
  6. Yes, it's a lot for 4 years.. He averages 2.5 a year so hopefully getting them out of the way early.
  7. -All the BY questions already posed -How did Zavala look pass blocking? - did Mingo look overmatched/slow? -why did TMJ slow up on that deep ball from Bryce, was it mis communication?
  8. what does this even mean? He lost yesterday and couldn't even finish the game trying to "make plays on his own"
  9. It's almost like no rookie starting his first game ever is good, except for Cam therefore we are forever spoiled with ridiculous expectations
  10. Think we need to see another 2 weeks with Chark to see if he helps and if Mingo shows growth. I’m all aboard getting Tee tho
  11. This post just future discredits anything you say. Our receivers were not open at all this game. You can't watch that game and even try to make that argument in good faith.
  12. this post doesn't make sense. Down 14 with 4 minutes you'd rather have him take a sack or push the ball into double coverage? He also threw a perfect deep ball to TMJ who inexplicably just stopped running under it.
  13. Crazy too that Sewell was one pick away from Horn never even being here
  14. Best case imo is it's not serious and he's back after a couple week, balls out, and we can trade him right before the deadline while his value is high. Straight up for Higgins would be great at this point in his career. Sucks because he's so good when healthy but just can't risk him in your long term plans at this point.
  15. Guess you and I were watching different games?
  16. Oof just rewatched about 25 snaps. We better hope Charks return gets defenses to respect the back of the field. There was zero separation to throw to, and Falcons did not worry about us getting behind them. Charks health could make or break this season.
  17. Bryce looked fine and what is expected for a rookie playing his first game. He will be fine, those 2 picks will be cleaned up.
  18. one more... gotta call out TMJ. Year 3 for him and he still looks lost. I think he got by on natural ability in college and just is not a route runner. That deep ball from Bryce was beautiful and on the money.. No idea why he let up on that route.
  19. Pros: - Sanders averaged 4 YPC / Chubba almost 7. That is a winning formula if we can keep that up - Bryce took some shots and got right back up. I know most weren't concerned here, but some were under the impression Bryce would be hurt after his first game. - Hurst looked good. Best receiving TE we've had here since Olson retired. - OL looked dominant until the 4th. Not sure if they got tired or play calling got too predictable - Mingo looked decent. Think he ended up with only 2 catches but 5 targets. I expect that to get much better - We were in the game deep into the 4th quarter after giving up 3 turnovers on the road. Credit the D there. - D was dominant. They got tired at the end, but absolutely did their jobs. Pay Burns now. Get ready to pay Brown. Both those guys are all pro. Evero will be a HC probably sooner than later. - ST was fine minus the one return where we got hosed on the horse collar call. punting good, Eddie 1/1 Cons: - No separation from the WRs. We have got to go get someone unless our plan is to wait for Mingo to get up to speed in the NFL and hope he is that guy - Bryce with 2 bad picks. I'm not worried about those, a rookie playing his first game will make tons of mistakes. They were bad but expected and will get cleaned up. - Horn. I don't know what to say. Hopefully it's a minor injury and he's back after a week or two. - Play calling was pretty bad. Reich has prob 2 more games to get that figured out before I'll label it a serious issue, maybe he adjusts this week. If not, it is time to give Thomas Brown the duties. - We looked completely lethargic after they went up by 14. Like we gave up. That is honestly the most concerning thing I saw today, everything else is expected starting a rookie and with this roster, but not giving the effort is inexcusable. Not sure if maybe that is me overreacting but it looked noticeable and bad. - Refs were terrible. Just awful. But that's expected at this point as a Panthers fan. Keep Pounding.
  20. Richardson is not going to last long at this rate
