  1. Ribs, pork shoulder, or both. Usually pull the pork and set out buns and bbq sauce and then take the remaining and make a big plate of BBQ nachos
  2. I completely disagree with sentence 1 so we're probably not going to agree on this one. But hell if you can save 4 mil by doing absolutely nothing why in the world wouldn't we? Again - im saying all this with the assumption it would be a method to minimize teddy's awful contract and we're still drafting our guy this year.
  3. Why is everyone saying this? Jimmy's contract would give us a better out after 1 season. If the plan is to roll with a vet this year regardless and have our drafted QB sit behind him for a year I'd be all ears to this. We're paying Teddy this year anyway. If the deal is straight up swap, why in the world wouldn't we take it for the guy who gives us a better out with less dead money after next year? Also Jimmy G when healthy >>>> Teddy. As long as he isn't the long term answer and we still get a guy in the draft, this would be great for us.
  4. Dabble out into Uniswap.. it’s pretty amazing what’s going on in the DeFi space
  5. Please don't haha DogeCoin is a meme crypto with literally zero function or utility. It probably will go up a bit more but it's going to also come back down. If you're really trying to get into crypto just start stacking Ethereum. It's the backbone of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) which we've all but proven we really need after this GME saga. Stack Ethereum and then learn about Uniswap and you are way ahead of the game. I'm personally 60% in Ethereum, 20% random mid cap DeFi tokens, 10% in BuccaneerV2 (only privacy token that runs on ETH - will be massive when big fish inevitably transition into ETH), and 10% Bitcoin.
  6. I think the issue with the JimmyG comparison is that Jimmy played when TB was hurt/suspended whatever and looked great. The only thing we've ever heard of Jordon is that he looked horrible in training camp last year, and was their third stringer going into the season.
  7. Why would you trade the #8 pick for a guy who would be the 6th QB taken in THIS years draft. JL is horrendous, he's their third stringer.
  8. I'm all on the DW train if the price is right, but 10+ years? Does anyone really expect that? Isn't he something like the most sacked QB since he entered the league and he's 25.. not sure he'll be balling out at 35 with the amount of punishment he's already taken
  9. If we don't get a QB, you absolutely take LT and get the line ready for the next guy. Good thing is, if there's a run on QBs and we miss out, there's a small chance Sewell falls to #8. If so, you rush to the podium no questions asked
  10. If we even consider giving a first for Stafford, Fitterer instantly is Marty territory of hate for me. This is coming from someone who LOVES Stafford. The ONLY way I do this is if we somehow get his contract where he's costing us less than 20mil a year, which is not going to happen.
  11. Chris Jones and Whirfs. Instantly become a top 3 DL in the NFL, and suddenly OL is looking good. One of the 2 can play LT, then resign some of our interior guys or draft
  12. Geez the reporters can't put on more than a t shirt for this? Guess i'm a grumpy old man now
  13. Any specific reason he would leave the Lions to come here as the same position? Or is it just the connection to Rhule and the understanding he'd be OC in waiting for when Brady leaves?
  14. I promise I'm not coming to unreasonable conclusions and connecting the dots in my head, nope not me.
  15. This makes it so tough. If we knew this would happen, it makes so much more sense than going after Watson. Wilson on a 4 year rookie deal vs Watson at 38 mil per. I know Watson is the sure fire thing, but it would be hard to pass up a legit talent that cheap.
  16. Dude he's a RB. I get it, I love CMC but let's not act like Watson would be walking into a Cam situation. He'd have a legit #1 AND #2 (Cam never had this here) and even a poor mans CMC if we are able to somehow keep Samuel (which I do think would be impossible if we got Watson).
  17. I don’t get it either. I don’t really think interviewing for your dream job which is a promotion and fat raises equates to “it’s obvious he doesn’t want to be here”. For all y’all know no amount of money could get him to leave Carolina unless it’s a HC gig.
  18. I prefer the 1910 but I like lower proofs, but the 1920 is great as well. My actual favorite 'readily available' bourbon after J Magnus would be OF 1915. Get a bottle of the 20 and 10 and mix it to the proof you like best. I do around 60/40 to get in that 97-100 range proof and it's great
  19. I'm not going back to read through everything so maybe someone was talking about the end of the world, but I'm not sure where that came from. I don't think this is the end up the world or 'Mad Max' but you seem to be doubling down so you do you. Just slightly amazed this is your actual thought process
  20. Agree. I hope everyone here spends some time preparing in advance. If you are not comfortable with firearms that's more than okay but I hope other precautions are taken.. whether that be extra locks, having an emergency family meet up plan, hell even keeping a baseball bat by the bed. I'm younger but can't recall ever seeing a situation like this.. those who label someone a gun nut because they express the desire to be able to protect themselves and their family need to come to grips that this thing may not blow over and the comforts and protections you've been provided might not be as easily accessible for a little while.
  21. It's interesting to me anyone who expresses the desire to use their 2A right if needed in a time of crisis is labeled a 'gun nut'. I hope it doesn't come to it, but if this thing drags out and gets serious enough the tone on firearm owners will quickly switch. Also interesting how out of touch with reality he is, yet that's the insult he decided to hurtle.
  22. God this was a dumb statement
