I would really like this hire but in the same way I really liked the Reich hire last year and I just don’t know if Tepper will go the just fired HC route twice. I will say tho Vrabel is a much better candidate than Reich ever was.

I believe most of us are judging him based on the roster he helped assemble for our 2-15 season we just wrapped up.

Wow… this is… mind boggling. My only hope is there is a ton more info internally where Dan showed where he vouched for said players that Fitt passed on who were successful elsewhere. Idc that Dan came to huddle tailgates and used to play here, get the best man for the job. Man I’d be thrilled with either of these guys. Baker and Goff both were presumed to be on the decline when they got to their respective teams and they have absolutely gotten the most out of them.

Not sure why people say this, it isn't true. Young defense with a star DL and star CB (when healthy) + a ton of cap space + super cheap QB who is a wild card and you aren't tied to if it doesn't work out. Each team has different things going for them (and against them), these are ours.
