  1. I like everything you said but would say with QB just play Eason. He's the only guy we haven't seen yet and would drum up excitement for at least 2-3 games. Also yeah, TMJ and Brandon need to get a few starts and let's see what we have. OL is actually set for the next few years but sure through Cade in a few second halves and let's see what we have there. If we have CMC as part of our future plans then he shouldn't touch the ball as a RB more than 12 times a game, don't kill him in a wasted year. Line him up in the slot with Foreman at RB and let's have some fun
  2. Why the rush though? Next year is not going to be a "win now" year, let's take our lumps on the cap this year and next and get it over with instead of restructuring and kicking the can down the road. This team will be good in 2024 if we get the QB and HC right this offseason/draft. Let's have a ton of cap space 2024, not next year.
  3. Wow, great job by the FO. I was thinking a conditional 7th based on PT. Getting 2 picks and the cap savings we're getting is huge... especially for a player we didn't trade for in the first place.
  4. You’d rather get no draft pick and be petty vs trade him for whatever draft capital we got?
  5. Kyler Murray was rookie of the year and then 2 pro bowls. That's a dumb cherry picked scenario stat and you know it
  6. I don’t think this is true anymore. 10 years ago yeah, but the league has changed enough you just take the best guy. Worked out for Arizona
  7. I thinkkkkk Young but I’d be happy with either. The throws he makes on the move are so impressive.
  8. That’s literally a rule. In the rule book. Yes it should be.
  9. McAdoo was a good enough OC to get a HC offer. I’m excited to see what he does rest of the season with Rhule gone and how Baker/Sam look
  10. Okay I’ll bite. I can’t wait to see both Baker and Sam in this offense and see how they do with Rhule gone
  11. Yeah seems fair. I think trading him for a late first and we eat the contract is a non starter.
  12. Is there anyway out of his contract? I know we can't just trade the player then new team pays all of it, but is there anyway to manipulate it? A high to mid round first + getting out of the contract would be enticing, but yeah I wouldn't have any interest in trading him for a late first + we are still paying majority of it.
  13. Ones an in the box safety one is a pro bowl DE, I don’t buy that one minute
  14. Just depends who we let go. He’s gonna be expensive and I’d rather keep, but if you get a mid round first offer there would be a conversation to be had.
  15. Why is everyone taking a side? Dave’s an ass and Scott’s a crybaby child
  16. I agree to an extent here. Between Levis, Young, and Stoud history tells us one will be an all star, one will be a JAG, one will be a massive bust and everyone will have an opinion on which each will be. I think we end up with a top 4 pick regardless so just go play and draft whichever is there when you pick and hope the odds are with us
  17. I don't really know what point you're trying to make here. Like I said in my original post, Cam in 2019 was slightly better than what we have now. So yes it makes sense he would win more games with arguably the best HC of all time in Belichick.
  18. Easily better now than what Rhule inherited. The only place 2019 is easily better is LB and TE (and our LB corp isn't bad, just compared to Luke I mean come on). QB was slightly better in 2019, but Baker/Sam isn't that much lower than 2019 Cam as much as it pains me to say. Our next coach has a legit roster to work with and a high pick to draft his QB
  19. Oh man, you’re helpless I thought you were trolling but you’re actually this clueless.
  20. Do you just not understand that a DB coach and a DC have completely different responsibilities? DC Wilks can use him in a completely different way than DC Snow. Not sure what you don’t understand.
  21. I can’t tell if you’re trolling or not, but if you just didn’t know the DC is the one who sets the game plan on defense. Wilks was not the DC until now (which he defacto is now)
  22. I am excited to see if Henderson progresses with Wilks. If anyone can get him to his potential, it is him.
