  1. I know I'm pushing it here, and the kid is not a bust yet and deserves more time to develop, but does anyone here think XL makes that TD catch?
  2. It isn't their fault. Not fair to blame them when you are throwing out half a squad of practice squad players. It is what it is, injuries decimated an already depleted roster.
  3. It's because they want to be correct about Bryce so bad, it's much easier to pick apart every single throw that isn't perfect and put the blame on him. It was an underthrown ball with pressure in his face. XL should have at minimum extended his arms towards the ball and try to catch it. Both are true.
  4. let's be real, he doesn't catch it there either. I can't believe people here don't understand the concept of a WR extended his hands towards the ball vs pulling them in and cradling the ball like a baby. The chances he makes the catch is low regardless, but you givee yourself a chance AND the refs are more likely to throw PI if you get your hands up and make a play on the ball. But no, that is asking too much from a 1st round pick who drops 2-3 balls a game
  5. lmao yeah expect a wr to use their hands, such a crazy concept. XL is so good guys, we're just blind it's actually not his fault he drops 3 balls per game
  6. No I'm not kidding. I expect a WR to use their hands. not pull them in to their body and try to cradle a ball
  7. he could... I don't know... USE HIS HANDS?!? he literally pulls them in like he's waiting to cradle a baby. its absurd
  8. dude holy poo you are blind. He saw the ball and PULLED HIS ARMS INTO HIS BODY like he was waiting for it to cradle into his body. it's absurdly bad, yes that was on Legette. awful wr play there
  9. HOLY POO DUDE USE YOUR FUGGING HANDS. HE JUST FALLS OVER AND LEANS INTO IT LIKE IT WILL DROP INTO HIS BODY.
  10. holy poo xl do something, anything. how has he gotten this much worse throughout the season
  11. One thing I hope DM learns from seeing Fitt's mistakes is it is okay to take the clear layup that makes your team better. You don't need to try to find DK Metcalf at 32, it's okay to take the elite route runner who ran a 4.39 and doesn't drop anything. Ladd and Bryce would be such an elite combo
  12. I think they prioritize WR first. AT has been great this year but who knows, when you hit your wall in the NFL it is hard and quick. Can't go into next season counting only on XL, Coker, and AT
  13. Our CBs have FIFTEEN TACKLES already and there are 5 min left in the 1st quarter. That has to be some kind of record, that's insanely bad.
  14. TMac, rest of the draft defense and FA defense and I think we can win the division next year if we can stay healthy
  15. Bryce couldn't have handed the ball off any better to AT on that 31 yard completion. Truly elite placement
  16. That's a pretty good comp. I think he has really good extended play making/throwing on run under pressure abilities, but it's hard to make a living on that in the NFL. The one wild card he has going, is he has had access to the best training/coaching/etc. since the day he was born. That has to be a huge advantage.
  17. I think a lot of it depends on what happens with the Jets. If they move off Rodgers they prob try to keep core players and build from there, but if they keep Rodgers I don't see Garret Wilson staying there another year. We should run to the table with that Rams second and maybe toss in a 2026 5th or something to sweeten the pot and see if they bite. If yes, would be great to be able to use our first on the best defensive player available.
