  1. Or you’d trade back with Dallas and get a haul to move back 2 spots so they can get Sanders. I hate the BPA argument too for a top 10 pick, context matters a ton drafting that high.
  2. Brooks - ACL Tear. Prob don’t see him until TC 2026 Horn - aggravated a groin he had been playing through. Seems he could go this weekend but I’d just shut him down and get the extension done. He’s shown out this year Blackshear - looks like it wasn’t serious and he’s day to day. Could play this weekend with Mike Boone to be behind Chubba
  3. Boone will be backing up Chubba and seems Blackshear injury wasn’t serious and he could go this weekend. Horn also seems fine
  4. Nothing yet, but at face value that's what it looked like. Fingers crossed we get lucky
  5. Yeah we had people on here with absolute certainty labeling Bryce a bust last year. Someone was labeling Sanders a bust 3 games in this year. XL definitely isn't a bust yet but he needs to call up Curtis Samuel and spend all offseason doing the jug gauntlet. Samuel was probably one of the best turnarounds I've seen of someone who couldn't catch, getting it fixed.
  6. I disagree and do feel sample size is large enough going into year 3 for him that we are past that, but I respect your opinion on it and think it’s subjective and we both have a fair take. Again, we need a backup QB either way you’re always one hit away from losing your guy.
  7. I don’t think they took it personal, I think they just thought it was a bad take. We’re past the point of needing to bring in a vet guy who can challenge young and take over if he gets benched. BY9 is QB1 for this franchise. Do we need a backup QB? Absolutely. Do we need a veteran type who can mentor Bryce and challenge him for the starting spot? No. If we bring a veteran in could Bryce still learn from that guy? Of course.
  8. It sucks but even if he doesn’t play until 26 he will be only 23 with very little wear on the tires
  9. Not being pedantic, but do you mean ligament? Because if it’s a tendon now I’m thinking hamstring or calf injury which arguably is worse than an ACL
  10. Dave gave generic coach speak and more tests needed but yeah doesn’t seem great. Fingers crossed.
  11. Yeah we need a QB one way or another, no reason not to bring in a veteran smart type to be second to your young QB1. I’d love Flacco
  12. Dude got sacked record amount of times last year. Not going backwards on the small frame thing. Any QB regardless of size is one hit away from missing games, that isn’t specific to Bryce. You get a backup and roll with it. Bryce is the starter, that’s not changing. XL needs offseason work. He can be a very nice #2 to TMac
  13. We don’t need another QB, Bryce is the guy going to have to accept it. Let’s see what Brooks has first, but yes maybe another late round RB. Think we only need one more WR. TMac, XL, Coker, Adam is a good room. TE is prob set next year with Sanders and Tremble. OL is fine, we will draft another interior guy to compete and be depth. DL should look nice with Brown coming back, Wonnoum, our 2nd round pick, and a FA add. LB another FA or 2 add. Not worried about K. that’s my optimistic take for next year.
  14. Thats fair, but we all know the defense has no talent this year with injuries so wouldn’t really change your opinion of Bryce, XL, etc.
  15. Since last year all the Bryce supporters had to post in that pinned thread, can we do the opposite now that he’s good and let the Bryce haters post in a pinned thread designed for them to argue for weeks if he’s 197 or 198 pounds?
  16. We’re so close. We don’t know how to win yet, it will come. Add pieces this off season and we’re in business.
  17. NFL average for PPG is 21, so 16 going into the 4th sounds about right for a team with no receiving weapons playing a top 3 defense.
  18. Who has a worse WR room? Pats maybe?
  19. The perspective of people who are not overly invested in this team and giving their opinions at face value
  20. For some outside perspective, some BY comments on this post https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/s/KJp2VOMiHi
  21. Holy poo. Thats… a problem. To say the least.
  22. 2022 Lions were the exact same. They didn’t know how to win and were in the middle of building that culture with a young roster. Have some faith, future is bright.
  23. You wanna post the other 4 or do those not count?
  24. We were one dropped pass away from us all saying we have a true QB1, WR1, HC, and future is extremely bright for us looking forward after beating a top 3 team on the road. Just important context to keep no matter how you feel on Bryce, XL, Canales, whoever. I disagree with a lot of yall and a lot of yall disagree with me, but the future is bright and we are gonna make some noise next season
