The most NFL experience they have is being position coaches. Tepper poo the bed when he hyped up Rhule. Rhule poo the bed when he hired all of his buddies. At least when MoRon hired his buddies they had actual NFL experience.

One TD in three games is on coaching. Guys with much less talent have done better than this. Our entire offense is CMC and now the coaches are scared to use him because he might get hurt again. That is a recipe for disaster.

High dollar guys? Where? Our highest paid CB outside of Gilmore who has played one game and has one int is Donte with a cap hit of 2.4mil. Shaq's cap hit is 8mil. We can pay our entire CB room minus Gilmore for what we are paying Shaq. He should have a bigger impact than those guys.

Reddick is a beast, he has already earned his pay for this year and we have 9 more games to play. 11 TFL and 7.5 sacks in 8 games is elite. I hope we find a way to resign him.
