His style of football as a HC is not built for today's NFL. We don't have a play caller like the 9ers have. Wilks did an average job as HC with an average roster, nothing special. We could do worse and we did,but we can also much better.

This is the right way, we arent winning poo next season anyone who tells you otherwise needs to stop huffing glue.
-
I think you have to tag Burns, no way I would pay him more than 21m after that half assed effort he turned in.
-
fug that, go out a run a modern offense and Bryce either sinks or swims. We could have ran that 1985 power run bullshit with Darnold or PJ Walker and got knocked out in the first round.
-
A power running attack usually features deep shots on PA, Bryce is not made for that scheme. They will stack 10 guys in the box and dare Bryce to beat them over the top until he proves he can. His best bet is dink and dunk with lots of YAC with i guess intermediate shots to keep the d honest....no clue...
-
I seen guys name drop him as having a weaker arm, but still much stronger than Bryces High school arm.
-
There where times when teams loaded the box with 9 guys and dared Bryce to pass last season. He does not have the required arm strength to operate in a Run heavy PA focused offense. I do not think Bryce will be fine and fine isnt winning poo in todays NFL without an all star cast like Purdy has.
-
You dont trade away what we did in order to be able to run a QB hiding power run offense. Bryce needs to not fuging be the worst starting QB next season.
-
Live look at Bryce practicing his 20 yard bombs....
-
You guys need to stop. Every fuging one of these QBs that you guys keep naming can throw further and with more accuracy than Bryce off their knees. Brees, Brady, etc all had nfl level arms, Bryce does not, end of the cope.
-
Bryces deep shots float like a punt with about the same accuracy. His form on these throws looks like someone playing shot puck, but yeah his arm strength is just fine, nothing to see here.
-
Year one with Teddy under rhule it really looked like we just needed a legit QB to win some games, everything since then has been a complete nosedive.
-
I would expect they at least get part of a year 3. Year one with Bryce Year two with new QB if/when Bryce fails again Year 3 better be showing some type of competitiveness.

Why carolina can not* afford to lose Burns
PootieNunu replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
We offered him that last season and he turned it down, then he had a down year and his value should be down even further. Either he signs a 20m a season deal or he gets the non exclusive tag. -

Yes, lets continue our history of paying mid players top end contracts. -
Why carolina can not* afford to lose Burns
PootieNunu replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
Burns is at best a situational pass rusher and should be used as such. What we can not afford to do is pay this mother hubbard 30m a season. He is not a cornerstone piece of an elite D. -
Did the panthers lose on the CMC trade?
PootieNunu replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Did we lose? lololololololol Regardless we werent doing poo with CMC and he would have sat on IR once he seen how the season was going. He wasnt going to let us run him into the ground for 5 wins a year. -
Any WR with a pulse they wanted us to waste resources on, then they would have had the pitchforks out when Bryce still sucked and called the trade one of the worst in history.
-
Thats Jameson Williams, the guy the huddle wanted to trade for that was going to fix Bryce Youngs WR problem.
-
Young sucks, period. He could be on the 49ers and still put up pedestrian numbers, Stroud is elite and elevated those weapons in Houston. Purdy is the same type of QB as Jimmy G minus the thousands of injuries. He is not a game changer like Pat.

Tony Pauline: Campen was Tepper's "eyes and ears"
PootieNunu replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
FIFY His micro managing, I seen Cleveland run this play and I want to run it on Sunday, definitely didnt help. -
If you want to know how far we have to go?
PootieNunu replied to Doc Holiday's topic in Carolina Panthers
Thats a pile of manure. You know the Lions were pining for Bryce Young, the consensus #1 overall pick -
He is playing in the post season for the 9ers, we would not be close to the playoffs with CMC either. He would definitely had sat on IR like he did his last few seasons here.
-
You really think CMC would have helped us? Dude would have played 4 or 5 games with Bryce and sat on IR the rest of the season. He wanted out, they just wasted the picks we got off of him,

Tony Pauline: Campen was Tepper's "eyes and ears"
PootieNunu replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Told yall Tabor and Campen were both Tepper guys and people wanted to argue that there was no such thing and it was all made up bullshit.
