I think the bears made a huge mistake by allowing their current regime to trade away future draft picks. In all likelihood this is their coach and gms last year with the team. Also the bears maybe sold in the near future, they are not setup to succeed and I think Fields will look no better than the other QBs that have played under Nagy.
