  1. I dont think we were until they got to 13. Shitty conservative playcalls.
  2. Some may take a break until Rhule realizes that a 15-6 lead is not poo in the NFL. Stop playing to hold a lead and go for the throat
  3. Its not, no one wants a qb with a 1td 3int day every week, but so far that has not been the case. If Sam starts having these types of games on a regular basis of course it is time to move on.
  4. The jury is still out for me on Sam IDK what he is yet. He has made some good plays and some god awful plays.
  5. Sam is not without any blame in this, he does need to improve or he will be replaced. Sam has not been perfect by a long shot. We also need better play calls when CMC is out and DJ Moore is being locked down. Sam missed TMJ this week and last wide open, He missed Robby on the deep shot yesterday but he would have hit that with more time from the OL. He has also thrown some bad INTs.
  6. I notice that, but I dont see how we build the OL if we draft a QB with our 1st round pick. We tried the late round picks and FAs route this year and the OL still sucks.
  7. What QB is giving this roster a chip with this OL?
  8. I guess Smitty has not heard of the imaginary QB that is coming out in this years draft that is ready to take us to multiple Superb Owls regardless of the OL in front of him.
  9. Thats how we ended up with Elf, Paradis, and Miller in FA and Daley in the draft because interior OL is so easy to find.
  10. We tried that this offseason and we have the worst interior OL in the league.
  11. Im not scared to draft a fugging QB bro, I would not have been mad if took Fields this year, but the coaches did not want him. Any draft pick can bust regardless of position, I was not thrilled with the Horn pick but it grew on me.
  12. This is a fine statement minus the crying part just leave that at the door. Nothing wrong with scouting QBs I think all teams do that, but it is hard to judge a guy with our interior OL play. If the right guy drops and we spend a 1st on him fine, but the OL has to be fixed in some way other than what we have been doing, even if it means trading away future draft picks.
  13. How about you guys that want a rookie QB explain how we fix the OL if we try to get a high 1st round qb? I dont think we pick any higher than we did last year, which is out of range for any real QB prospect. So we draft late round developmental guys like Brady and Brown this season and sign FAs like Erving and Elf. Where does this get us?
  14. They also have a different draft board than you do and you seem to be doing the most crying, Big guy.
  15. This is really becoming a problem with this place, if someone does not agree with you dont discuss your points just call them a dumb name and move on like you won the argument.
  16. The sensitivity to call someone else a toddler because they dont agree with your view of team building is very childish.
  17. I dont mind disagreement, your the one that keeps name calling. So ummm....yea? I dont think we need a new QB yet, you do, ok cool. You dont have to call anyone a toddler because they disagree with you. Its dumb.
  18. This years class is just as flawed if not more so.
  19. You mean you are not ready to trade away future 1sts for the rights to draft one of these dudes? Why ever not?
  20. Damn dude, can you just discuss your point without insulting other posters? Can you not get your point across without name calling?
  21. We went against the grain this season when we traded for a QB and selected a CB in the 1st round. Everyone thought we were going to pick a QB, how is that not against the grain? I do not see any evidence that we are interested in a rookie QB.
  22. They are franchise QBs because they attend local colleges
  23. Exactly, its game 5 and the obvious weak link has been the OL. If the OL could be fixed so easily in FA and late round draft picks, why do we still have this crap on the field? It must be harder than you make it out to be.
