What we saw was Rhule giving PJ mercy snaps. Rhule knows his days are numbered and by extension so are PJs. Nobody else is giving that scrub a roster spot.

Your first mistake was assuming they are being coached up. This team is being coached down if anything.

It was a bad thread to begin with. It should have been "How much did the decision to move on from Cam and sign Teddy cost the Panthers? in which the answer is a lot.

IF you want him to be a top 8 WR in this league he has to start catching the ball. Elite WRs fight for contested catches and come down with the ball, they also dont drop TD passes in the corner of the endzone. DJ right now is not a top 8 guy, he needs to get his head back in the game.

Should have never picked up Teddy to begin with. We had Cam under contract for the year and would have gotten the same or similar results last season by just keeping him. Now we are back where we started except with less cap space and draft picks. Dropping Teddy was a no brainer.

How many guys on the whole team can you say play their position well? Especially on the offensive side of the ball? This is why we suck so bad.

Dont worry guys, Rhule has got this. Our biggest issue this year has been stopping the run in their eyes, so expect DL and LB in the draft.

We went through this same poo with the Dallas game. We all seen WFT holding and using a power run scheme, its the exact same way the Cowboys beat us. Our guys have to sell those holds. We had 2 nice CMC runs to start drives called back on holds, but they held all day. Our guys have to be better.

The D definitely lost this game, Cam played good enough for us to win.

I guess it was childish and selfish when he handed the ball to the Panthers fans at the game too. Clown. It was worth the penalty for that moment and no one on the team was mad about it. If we do not sign Cam we lose that game yesterday. This signing will put Panthers fan in the seats for our couple of remaining home games and it gave the team a ton of energy. A Panthers legend just walked back in the door.

PJ is trying to do too much which is being amplified by Cam playing well in his limited snaps. He wants to put good plays on film so he can have a chance to stay in the league. He has played better than the Cards backup has though.

Even if Cam is no better than Teddy or Darnold it still proves the point we should have never wasted the resources on either of them and just let Cam play until we drafted a real replacement. It was a total screw up by this staff than you seem to love so much.

Who cares? I would rather watch our own talent anytime than to watch someone else's first round failures fail on our team. fug Teddy and Sam and whoever else they thought could replace Cam because the reality is we were just as competitive with hurt Cam as we were with either of those 2 guys. I dont think he cares which fans invest in it. We have the WFT, Falcons, and Bucs for our remaining home games. All of them have pretty big fanbases so the games will sell out and be 70% opposing fans.
