  1. Okay, I will take this in a heartbeat!
  2. This is what I was talking about when I said I wanted to draft this dude. Look at that Senior year, 132 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks. 2 INTs and a FF. That's only in 12 games. The prior two seasons were very sold as well.
  3. Eh, sign him or don't, no biggie to me. A local guy though. Hometown discount perhaps?
  4. Dude was a tackling machine in college. I haven't kept up with him much in the pros, but dude is a heat seeking missile type of LB. Hopefully he's still the same.
  5. I wanted to draft him out of college. I like the move.
  6. Yup, and we still have Zavala, Mays and Jensen as backup guards. Lee as another backup OT. That's a standard OL quantity for a 53 man roster. I still would like to draft a center on day 3. The focus of the draft, however, has shifted to the defense. Outside of a needed WR, we have to reload our D.
  7. I've been saying for years that BC was better suited as a swing tackle rather than a guard. But what do I know, other that I've been right more times than not compared to our past three GMS.
  8. Just wait; have patience. if we miss out on a RB in the draft, then sign one. By that time any of those dude's still sitting on their couch will be willing to listen to whatever low-ball offer we throw their way.
  9. Probably one of the best backups in the League is off the market. This also signifies that the Raiders may keep Jimmy G. At least for this season. I don't think the Raiders would have signed Minshew if Fields was in the equation.
  10. That's the point, There was talent at #39 and we simply picked the wrong guy. This isn't like QB, once the top few are gone is a total crap shoot. You can get solid, REALLY solid WRs into the 3rd round. Beyond that if you are lucky. I wanted Rashee Rice over Mingo. Tank Dell had a great year and was drafted after Mingo.
  11. Rhule is gone, Fitterer is gone and Tepper is supposed to be keeping his nose out of football operations. There's hope.
  12. I'm very aware of our 2nd round draft pick history at WR. However, it's #33, a new GM and a loaded draft class at WR. I'll take that over an injury prone dude and the offensive version of the guy we just traded to the Giants. Again, we ain't winning much next year. No need in screwing up our future cap for 1-2 more wins in 2024 by signing an overpriced WR. Signing Higgins isn't worth it. There will be a solid WR at #33, we just have to pick the right one.
  13. No, you don't. If Bryce is worth anything, he should be able to prove it. Just shore up the OL and give him some skill players. They don't have to be top 10 in their position group.
  14. We just got rid of our major cap headache and just got a top 2nd round pick. STOP WHILE YOU ARE AHEAD, DAN! Don't trade for Higgins. Don't do it, man. If you are tanking, embrace the tank. Half measures are EXACTLY how we got to this point!
  15. Don't like it. Pass. Take a WR at #33 which is essentially a late 1st rounder.
  16. Hey, comp picks coming in 2025 if we don't fug it up. Wait...
  17. TEs are getting scooped up like crazy. I liked Fant, but that's a bit steep.
  18. Besides not re-signing Luvu and getting the short end of the stick in the Burns trade in compensation, I'm not too upset about the cuts and signings thus far.
  19. A #2 caliber TE, WR and LB in FA. Starting caliber center in FA. Extend Brown now.
  20. Good number. Depends on injuries. Injury to Bryce for multiple games, over. If Bryce plays every offensive snap, under.
  21. I was angling for a 2nd/3rd this year and next year's first. That I would have been happy with. I had no misconception that the Giants were going to give up their #6 this year.
