  1. Estime or Allen, I'd be happy with either.
  2. We roll with 9 on the 53 man roster. I think BC gets some snaps at as the primary backup to Corbett. Mays I would put as the third string center and backup RG. Zavala will be the primary backup to Lewis. From week to week, depending on injuries, I can see either/both of them (Mays/Zavala) being inactive. We probably only roll with BC and Yosh as the active backup linemen assuming the starting five are all healthy.
  3. I don't get that vibe at all with him.
  4. Not that it matters, but no comp picks next draft due to all the FA signings. Some teams are getting like 4 or 5 extra picks because they can let quality dudes walk for bigger money elsewhere. They're confident they can replace them cheaper or in the draft. We suck so bad at drafting and free agency signings that there are numerous voids to fill every off season. So the cycle continues. I'm used to it by now.
  5. New York and Aaron Rodgers over Charlotte and Bryce Young. Was there any doubt?
  6. If there is one of the top QBs that fall to #33, then listen to offer to move back. McCarthy has gotten popular of late, so it's likely NIx or Pennix.
  7. Good because LBs wearing single digits looks stupid.
  8. LOl, then what is the rest of WR room? XFL/CFL all-stars?
  9. WR at #33, Sweat at #39. I've mocked him some a while back, but I like how he's start to pop up in other mocks as well.
  10. The one year he was a starter the entire year, he produced a 1,000 yard season. TMJ hasn't had that in his career yet.
  11. In our case, absolutely. However, people can't complain when we chose to stand on the sidelines as the there's a fire sale at another position and we didn't prioritize TE. Now that the shelf is bare, folks are asking why we aren't signing a TE. Because what's left isn't much better than what we already have.
  12. While I was cautiously optimistic about Hurst, his track record as a former first round pick was underwhelming. Usually first rounders that bounce around so much are because they haven't lived up to their 'potential' and the next team tries to unlock it. I think most people thought he would be better than Ian Thomas and while true, not much. The solution is not to throw in the towel and roll with these guys. Yes, we need to draft a TE, but we aren't getting Bowers outside of a massive trade up, the rest of the class is no where close to day 1 ready. There are a few TEs remaining in FA that are better than what we have...not a whole lot, but better.
  13. Gallup had studs ahead of him eating up targets. What was Mingo's excuse? The juggernaut known as Adam Thielen?
  14. My crystal ball says the same package could be had for Bryce in 2026.
  15. Robert Tonyan would be a dude I take a two-year flyer on. I'm seeing he's still a FA. A JAG TE, but would be head and shoulders better than anything we have. I disagree about the lack of talent, BTW. We couldn't afford what talent that was at the top of the market with all the holes we had. Just because we weren't willing to pay market price doesn't mean the market was bad. You can't tell me you wouldn't take Henry, Knox, Gesicki, Fant, Everett, Dissly, Smith, or Schultz over ANY dude in our current TE room.
  16. Too slow on the draw. While other teams were gobbling up TES the first day of FA, we were signing guards. The pickings are very slim now.
  17. I like it. Dallas has too many horses in the stable. There's only one football. I think Gallop would shine in out JAG WR room.
  18. If Bowers somehow falls past #15, I'm moving up. The depth of this draft at several positions could push him down. As far as a move down, about 10 spots is limit of where I'm comfortable.
  19. Another guy I wanted to draft. Too many dudes on the Cowboys to spread the ball around to. I think as a focal point, he would thrive.
  20. Not another one of our star TEs!!! Whatever shall we do! That's it, I guess we will have to totally revamp our TE room.
  21. Fiske is a super athletic D-lineman. Pair him with Brown. We would have our bookends. Brown on the strong side, Fiske on the the weak side. Dude ran a 4.7 as a DT. He only had the best broad jump, vert and 20 shuttle time of all the DTs at the combine too. To say he crushed it would be an understatement.
