    Yup, as bad of a team as we were last year, we would have been 7-9 if Slye didn't choke in the KC and Vikings games.

    Their 3rd handily beat our 3rd string which doesn't matter because 3rd string players don't make it to the 53-man roster...but the Huddle is like ^^^^^. The 1's played decent.

    Actually he only counts about 200k versus the cap, but frees up nearly 800k. Peanuts if we find a suitable replacement.

    Roy makes it, Nixon or Hoskins goes to the PS. Possibly in a surprise move we let Reid or Jones go and we keep both.

    Day 3 draftees are barely more valuable than UDFAs. If the staff comes across someone that can come in and have an impact now, a 4th round draftee means little.

    --Waived, he hasn't earned the right to IR. If he were a day 1 or day2 selection, maybe. While I wanted a CB where he was drafted in the 4th round, Pride himself was not high on my radar.

    I have an employee that can't come to work because she still tested positive 14 days out. By her own admission she feels completely fine. She needs the money and I need the labor, but due to a test, I am keeping her at home.

    That would have been for a tie and it was 60+ yards, I gave him a pass on that one. I'm trying to be fair.

    Moton at LT and Christensen at RT. Anything else would be insanity.

    I went back to look, Slye cost us the KC game and Vikings game. Both games he had multiple misses and we lost by fewer points than a FG.

    Injury concerns and a cheaper option is why he was let go. It is what it is. The healthier, cheaper option was not the best option though.

    Off the top of their heads, can anyone account for how many games we lost due to Slye's misses? I'm not talking about just potential game winners, but also ones he missed throughout the game that would have accounted for overcoming the point differential in the losses?

    Gano missed 1 FG last season for the Giants. just saying. I agree about Gano being overpaid though. FYI, Crosby and Myers were both 100%.
