  1. Actually both. Miller is on IR and Daley lost his spot in the starting lineup.
  2. Possibly, it depends how long Sam is out. I say at least 2, possibly 3 or 4 even with Sam back, but that's it. We pissed away 2 wins during that losing streak.
  3. It hit the ground first so, Robby's cool with holding onto the ball then.
  4. Just sellers, and we need to recoup some draft capital. One of our plethora of corners could do the trick.
  5. Rhule probably threatened their buffet line for tofu burgers if they didn't get their sh!t together.
  6. Probably, but since we won yesterday traffic is slow this morning because 80% of the Huddle has nothing to b!tch about, so it's worth some baseless speculation.
  7. It would have to be for a draft pick, their IR looks like a hospital ward and they really don't have the depth on the offensive side of the ball to make such a swap. I thought we had a lot of injuries!
  8. Do they have decent backups? If not and they are looking for someone, that's not a bad idea. However, a 5ht is way too much for a dude that was recently picked up off the waiver wires. I'd do a player-for-player trade before a 7th rounder, but it's better than nothing and likely what would be offered. A 6th would be a steal.
  9. I'd say Ian Thomas, but even the Canadian Football teams aren't interested.
  10. LOl, we are stuck with him. No team is going to look at his performance this year along with his contract and say with a straight face, 'That's a good deal!'
  11. If there is interest in Bouye, I'd do it to get a draft pick next draft or swap for offensive line depth or TE help. Haynes in another one we should have on the block. We shouldn't extend him and he's just going to end up walking where we get nothing. Even if we get a 6th for him, it's better than the nothing we are likely to end up with.
  12. No, it absolutely was not. It was great route recognition by the safety. If you stop the frame just as the ball hits Robby's hands, he's at the 24 running across the field and Harris is at the 20 YARD LINE running up field. Dude closed in those 4 yards like being shot out of a cannon and the hit was coming regardless, but ball placement on the pass had nothing to do with how Robby got rocked. Even if the ball was more in front of Robby, Harris already had the hit squared up in his cross-hairs.
  13. Rhule saw what I saw yesterday with Ameer. He had to throw a bone out there with some kudos to Royce and Chuba, but noticed the real stud yesterday was Abdullah. I know it's hurtful to the coaches pride to start some FA off the streets over a draft pick they selected, but you go with the hot hand. Here's what Rhule had to say about it: “And it’s a shame that one third down that got called back, ’cause I think he’s got something to him. Even the third-down conversion. Those are the routes we usually run with Christian. And I think Sam’s developing a really nice rapport with Ameer. So whenever Christian comes back, he’s a premier talent to go along with a bunch of other guys who are figuring it out.” Gushing over Ameer Hubbard is still young and developing. It's hard to say if he will ever get the burst, vision or hands to be a effective 3 down back. Right now he looks to bounce it outside and hesitates while he looks for a lane inside. We all know his hands are suspect. Rhule and Brady need to put their ego's aside and not only start Abdullah Sunday, but make him the bell cow for the entire game. Sure, bring in Royce for short yardage and Chuba in to spell Ameer. This is the winning formula until Christian returns and it appears we have even found a poor man's CMC with this dude.
  14. Nah, we shat the bed with the Giants loss. We may have a respectable record by season's end, but the playoffs is a pipe dream.
  15. Out getting poo-canned while their little ones get jacked up on chocolate. Much turbulence in the coming hours with half-crocked parents dealing with kids juiced up on a half-years worth of sugar.
  16. The Falcons are toast now. They were at a crossroads of rebuilding or trying to extend a (non-existent) window with Ryan at the helm. They went with trying to continue to build around Ryan. Whooops!
  17. I've never really hated on Shaq, just his contract, but I can't blame the man for getting as much money as the team is willing to offer.
  18. A rare win versus the Falcons. A freaking unicorn win IN Atlanta. What is that, like #8 in 26 years?
  19. Dude is actually decent. Completely opposite of PJ. PJ has to set things up with his legs. Morgan is a prototypical pocket passer.
  20. Totally worth that $30 million extension! I kid, I kid. He still sucks.
  21. Nope, that's the kind of play calling that has been missing since the first few games when were 3-0. It sucks, but at least Joe got his out of his funk. Big hits are going to happen.
