  1. Lol our 'blocking' was our OT falling down and tripping up the pursuit.
  2. Darnold STILL getting pressured on designed roll outs!
  3. Can't stop the run on defense and can't block on offense.
  4. It's like Brady blows his wad one game and is clueless for the next several. I don't get it.
  5. Our run blocking isn't the problem with this OL , it is and HAS BEEN pass pro.
  6. O-line getting pushed back into Sam's lap. FYI, given more time that was a touchdown.
  7. Yup, can't expect the defense to keep flipping the field. The offense and STs need to step up from here on out.
  8. It almost feels like we need to give up a FG just to get better field position, otherwise the Pats will just keep us pinned back by our own end zone.
  9. Jones is standing firm in the pocket. If we can get to him, we can make his life pretty miserable today.
  10. Remember, the Panthers are the #2 team to most folks living in Charlotte.
  11. Too many horses in the stable this week and he's the odd man out.
  12. No designed runs for Sam today. If he has to scramble, get down and get down EARLY!
  13. 8-9 wins isn't going to do it. Remember 8 wins is a LOSING record this season. 9 wins may get a wildcard in the AFC, but not the NFC. If you are banking on wins versus the Bucs and Bills, that's pretty bold. It will require 10 wins to get a wildcard in the NFC. Getting 6 wins with our remaining schedule is going to be very tough.
  14. Does anyone think the team may be exaggerating Sam's sore shoulder? I mean, yes, it may be sore, but this sets up for a MASSIVE dupe. How so? If CMC starts and Sam 'supposedly' has a bum shoulder, the Patriots are thinking a heavy dose of CMC. It wouldn't shock me if the very first play of the game for us is so sort of play-action and even a shot down field. Whether or not it's successful, who knows? I'm just saying, the whole thing is setting up to fleece Bill and the Pats.
  15. Me either, not any more. I stopped watching when most of old-timers retired along about the same time Dale died. I tried to stay with it and pull for Jr. for a little while longer, but the new generation of drivers didn't have the same vibe to them. The old guys help build, work-on their own cars in the old days on the dirt track circuits. Now they work their way up the ranks as kids starting out on go-carts.
