    Chinn has been out for weeks. He's still getting back into things. However, I've finally settled in on the idea of him being a better LB than safety--at least coverage safety. A box safety I'm okay with.

    After 5 losing seasons, MAKING the playoffs is a feat unto itself. You seem extremely unimpressed. So in your mind we draft a rookie QB and we are instant Super Bowl contenders? Who is this magic man???

    Ask the Jets and Browns how chasing QBs every draft has worked out for them. Hell, the Jets just benched their latest top 5 QB pick. The Browns just paid an NFL record QB contract to a rapist just to get out of the annual QB merry-go-round in the draft.

    Where is Mahommes this draft? Please enlighten me. Both Stroud and Young look like crap when they aren't lined up against the Little Sister of the Poor squad on the other side of the ball. When they face real competition, both of them fold like lawn chairs.

    How so? I get this is a QB driven league, but a solid roster with a game manager QB can be a playoff team. A solid QB with a dogsh!t roster around him doesn't go very far. Everyone wants a freaking prima donna QB nowadays.

    You really do buy into the rookie QB hype, don't you? There's not that guy this draft, sorry. Stroud and Young will be average QBs...after a few years. After 5 losing seasons, I can't wait that long.

    ...AND the reason we can be a playoff team next year with simply a game manager QB if, B-I-G I-F, we can solidify some other key areas. Trade back, get more picks and fill some crucial holes on the roster.

    We can at least re-sign him as a stopgap/firewall. If we are not able to draft a QB or if we do and the kid struggles badly at least we don't have to go into tailspin the rest of the season.

    I love how Henderson gave up on the play. Can we trade him back to the Jags. Horn touched him with a leg, it doesn't have to be a hand.

    If we win and they lose, they have MAX two wins left on their schedule. They are getting QB 1. Mills was always going to be a project for them.

    McApoo's last call sucked. I get running the clock out, but at least give some motion to give some eye candy to the defense and not key squarely on the RB.

    Looks like we found our backup vet QB next season unless he just craters down the stretch. I think Sam knows his days as a QB1 are over. Baker is denial in that regard. Bye-bye Baker!
