It ain't the playcaller or the playbook bro. I was preaching this all the way back when people were b*cthing about Reich calling plays and "his playbook." Frank was making Bryce look bad they said. There's a reason why QB in the NFL is the most important position in all of pro sports. I'm not calling Bryce a bust yet, but at this point, he's hurting the team. If I was a reporter, I would ask Frank if Byrce gives his team the best chance to win. Frank's a honest man, so he'll either dodge the question or be truthful and say the obvious...'no.'

Tepper would have had NONE of that.

Pretzel logic.

Look at what Mark Davis did Mr. Tepper…

A) Destroying the Giants this season is pretty standard and B) Running the ball like a knife through hot butter isn't exactly a hard versus the Giants either. Context. -
Could Tepper sell the team? *fingers crossed*
-
Knowing our (bad) luck I'm surprised it wasn't a bad pass or a drop. Yeah, a blown defensive assignment though, Chark was wide open.

Who was a starter at point in his career. Minshew isn't some scrub backup.
-
No we couldn't. This season is not about winning, unless Bryce Young is the one winning it. If you all can't see it by now I don't what else to tell you. Even if we are 1-15, if healthy, Bryce Young will be playing in the last game.

I would love to know if bringing Bryce along slowly was even an option? I bet Tepper told the staff Bryce is starting game 1.
-
Nope, It's not fair to Dalton to throw him into this dumpster fire. If Bryce is going to grow, he's going to have to man up and finish this game.

The team is banged up defensively, traded away it's top 2 offensive stars and starting a rookie QB. The only thing Reich has control over in that is who is starting at QB. Rhule shrewdly stayed away from rookie QBs for the very reason they take time to develop. Despite the 7-year deal, he didn't want to suffer through two seasons--minimum--of having to endure the growing process. His problem was he sucked as a talent evaluator and missed veteran QBs.
-
The problem is this team wasn't near far enough along on the offensive side of the ball to be starting a rookie QB. They should have waited a year to draft a QB OR brought the rookie QB in at some point later in the season. The worst thing we could have done is this--starting a rookie QB out of the gate that's void of any play makers on offense.

Eh, when does Frank swallow his pride and bench Bryce? His eventual downfall here was his downfall in Indy. He's too loyal to his QBs. When it's not working, change it up. We all know what they say about continuously doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Hmmm, but questioning the 15 point offensive explosion last week was blasphemy. That post got pooed on more than a sidewalk on San Francisco's skid row.

Frank needs to give up play calling duties!!!!!!

Three letters-Y and E and S.

The calls seem so much worse when we play on CBS versus AFC teams.

Fixed.

My point is I've barked up that tree already in the past and got some--interesting-- comments to say the least.
-
Careful, you will catch the wrath. It's not about winning, rather ruining...uh, developing Bryce.
-
I guess we need to change play callers again?

Okay, after looking up some stuff, I think Burns' stats are really close to player 9 who ranked #4.
-
#7...I didn't look anything up. Let's see how close I am.

Join the club. I'm just trying to stay under a +2.0 at this point.
