  1. Yeah, he also had a QB sneak to potential tie/win the game. I almost had to be reminded of what a QB sneak is since we don't run that play here.
  2. Nope, perfect time to bring in legit competition for wee man. Not some 39-year old cheerleader/motivational guide.
  3. Tampa has completely fallen apart. If we lose, then we had no business whatsoever being in the playoffs. Heck, neither team does, but someone has to win the awful division.
  4. I would have had zero issues with that, along with the other backups in there too. Our luck, Moton tears his ACL on a Dalton QB dive.
  5. Yes, with probability there's never zero chance, but come on dude, we have sucked all game and were supposed to score 3x in just over 2 minutes with no time outs? This ain't Disney.
  6. Here it is. Take out the top three and bottom three games, he's barely a game manager.
  7. If he's under contract he's at least trade bait. If we let him walk after next season, we get nothing. If he gets anything, give him the option. I'm dead set against an extension.
  8. Really bad optics, but I get it. Zero chance to win with only some stat padding and/or injury as the possible outcomes. I could see at least pulling the starters and running the ball with the backups instead of kneeling it out.
  9. That's what I've been screaming from the rooftops. Once you extend a franchise QB, you have a very tight window for success before the front office has to start making tough choices at other spots. Here's my play: give the 5th year option Young and bring in legit competition (not babysitting Andy Dalton). Let next year play out and my best guess is it will look a lot like this year--very middling. Stock the defense and a couple offensive players in the '26 draft and we get our QB in '27, which is slated to be loaded.
  10. Hopefully the Saints think Shough is the long term answer. I don't want them getting a first round QB, especially not one named Mendoza.
  11. At least he got his average closer to 60% than 50% and boosted his passing yardage to over 2. At one point he was just over 50% completions with a 1.3 per completion average.
  12. Actually, 40 net yards as he lost 14 of them in sacks.
  13. Ah, the coach. The guy who calls the plays, but doesn't actually play the game. So if you disagree with the coach's calls, it absolves the players from actually doing their jobs. Got it.
  14. B-I-N-G-O! I've been saying this all season. We have to play nearly a flawless game to win OR the other team has to nearly self destruct.
  15. So were those sacks on the play caller, the OL, the WRs or some combination? Inquiring minds want to know.
  16. Lucky for us, Tampa is crapping the bed versus a bad Miami team.
  17. Does Seattle start playing passive coverage with the lead?
  18. Too late, there has been just enough 'good' Bryce to offset any 'bad' Bryce this season. It's happening.
  19. Are you sure we want to get rid of Evero? He's kept us in some of these low scoring games. By all accounts, we should be getting blown out right now.
