  1. Pride with an injury designation and 4 other nobodies.
  2. You are funny. I'm not the one who TWICE said "being hurried by the guard". I let the first slide until you started to get snippy.
  3. We are going to agree to disagree. Lastly a guard plays on offense, a defensive tackle plays on defense, so the hurry would be by the DT, not the guard. Just a FYI there.
  4. Lambert an Ham were badasses too. Luke is a extremely polite dude when the pads are off.
  5. No guards aren't on the outside. The commentator was reacting to PJ rolling into the DE/T battle. While there was pressure, that's not where it was coming from. Again the pressure was coming from inside despite what the commentator said.
  6. Stop it at 5 seconds. PJ is staring dead at the DT. The DT had the guard beat INSIDE. The spin move was a reaction to PJ leaking out to the right of the pocket.
  7. Now if it were Saints or Falcons gear, I might be a little heated.
  8. Yup, the RG is getting beat and PJ is rightfully getting out of Dodge to the right. The problem is he turned and there is a battle right in front of him so he hits the gap between backside guard and tackle before making the pass. You do know when a guard gets turned perpendicular to the sidelines, he's beat, right?
  9. Again, Luke's a nice guy and if they gifted him Bills swag, he's not going to decline it. Did he not talk to Ron's club last year? Dude has tons of connections/friends and he's not going to let his playing days "colors" interfere with great relationships. Don't be shocked to see him visit Washington in the future and sport something of their gear.
  10. Peanut Tillman, right here, and he retired as a Bear.
  11. Just how big are you trying to make this mole hill? He's a retired player visiting another team. If they provide him garb to wear during his stay, he's obliged to wear it.
  12. I'm sure showing up in Panthers swag at Bills camp would have gone over well. Dude is visiting and trying fit in. I have no problems with it.
  13. Ding-ding-ding!!!!! Winner-winner, chicken dinner! Slye has the physical tools, but not the MENTAL game. People are still giving Darnold sh!t for the "ghosts" game. Sam literally was psyched out by the Patriots defense; they had gotten into his head. The opponent is not Slye's enemy however, it's himself. Dude can't shake off the funk after a bad kick, he's done. Our best hope for him is he doesn't have a bad kick early in a game, if so, we might as well just go for it on 4th down...we will have a better chance of converting.
  14. Not sure, but if he's injured enough to be placed on IR, they will injury waive him and use his spot for a healthy player. He hasn't shown enough to be stashed on IR. He can be re-signed down the road once healthy if the team chooses to do so. If he's missing several weeks with this injury, that spot needs to be address now rather than him to mending while on the current roster or even the PS in a couple of weeks.
  15. I get the 60+ yard misses, that's not my issue. I'm talking about his utter lack of ball control once he gets rattled. Am I the only that notices this?????
  16. IIRCC, both Zylstra pass attempts from PJ, he was fleeing the pocket. FYI, even the commentators said there was some outside pressure in that clip, PJ did a good job to avoid it.
  17. True, and if Darnold goes down, rinse and repeat...just insert the name Walker instead of Darnold.
  18. Yup, you just restated the same thing I said yesterday after the game regarding our QB situation.
  19. The entire season, only because the staff refuses to address the elephant in the room. PJ on his best day is no better than Darnold and then there's that clipboard guy.
  20. He was basically a rookie last year. The XFL, while not college, was still a bunch of nobodies. Since it was dubbed a "professional league", the outside expectations were a little higher for him than rest of the day 3 picks. Kenny was kinda written off when he did little better than the guys drafted around him. In reality he looked like a day 3 draft pick who needed a ton of work despite playing "professional football" in the XFL.
  21. Cool, but if you hadn't read my previous posts, you might want to check them out. I took nothing away from the kid's effort. However, apparently saying it was a great run, although lucky is not sufficiently homer-ish enough for the Huddle.
  22. Cool, so now after one play Chuba is Steve Smith who routinely broke legit tackles on a regular basis.
  23. Yes, a complete break down of the play and 6 missed tackles is luck. I never said he didn't play hard or quit on the play.
  24. Heck, we could have even took Ehlinger with either of our first two sixth round picks. He looked pretty good yesterday against us.
