  1. Essentially, to make the playoffs, we need to beat a bunch of average to below average teams. And then what? Get destroyed in the wildcard game against an actual decent team? Unless PJ Walker is about to start a career that will later be made into a movie, I just don't see it. And I find it incredibly stupid to mess with our top draft spot just so we can win the NFC South, which is the equivalent of winning the Special Olympics.
  2. So we should give up the possibility of drafting a franchise QB, for the CHANCE of winning our division and making the playoffs? Nah, I'm good.
  3. Personally, not a fan. Those 'buddy coaches' rarely do well as a HC. They're too bias and more concerned about being friends with the players rather than their boss. Plus, I think going with an offensive mind would be more ideal. A young, offensive minded guy who will be professional and keep it strictly business. Just my two cents.
  4. This better be happening tomorrow morning with Rhule...
  5. Bootyhole Bootyhole Bootyhole
  6. A bit of a stretch, but if Rivera is fired, there's no chance he gets another HCing job, so he'll most likely go back to a DC. What are the chances, if we cleaned house, we get Rivera to coach defense?
  7. Losing would be a blessing in disguise. Just clean house and start from scratch, yet again.
  8. And it's crazy to think these so-called "professionals" get paid more than surgeons.
  9. Ugh, I can't believe I'm hoping we lose now. If it means Rhule & Snow will be gone, then it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. What's even crazier, if Rhule/Snow are gone after this season, then I would like to see my Gamecocks hire them. Their style of play doesn't work in the NFL, but it has success on the college level.
  10. Only week two and our season is done, and my Gamecocks suck ass, too, but no big surprise there. Another year down the drain. Tired of this poo.
  11. Ken Dorsey would be the most realistic and safe hire, IMO. Dark Horse: Kellen Moore Not sure why some are mentioning Jim Harbaugh. He said he's done with the NFL. I mean, sure, money talks, but I think he prefers college.
  12. I was not excited about this hire. College coaches, historically, don't have success in the NFL. But I wanted to be wrong. I just didn't get that HC feel from him. He looks like he belongs sitting behind a computer in a cubical all day making TPS reports. And he seems like the guy who would forget the cover sheet. In all seriousness, I've been on the fence for a while, but that playing for the FG crap is what finally did it for me. He's weak and will never have success as a HC in this league. Personally, he should be done. He probably knows he has one foot in the grave and one foot on a banana peel. Nothing he can do. He just has to wait until he finally gets that call, and hopefully, it's soon.
  13. They have no choice but to fire Rhule. People are tired of the BS and tired of us looking like a dumpster fire. If Tepper wants butts in those seats, then he has to get rid of Rhule, because until then, we're not winning poo.
  14. Minnesota. After that loss, I knew we were done. No point wasting 3-hours of my Sunday watching a team that will be home in January.
  15. Ah, still think this team has a shot to make the playoffs, eh? Fair enough, I'll leave you with your delusions, bud.
  16. His quarantine will be over with by then, so him not coaching against the Bucs is completely irrelevant to our game.
  17. The best center in the league could be released, it still wouldn't matter. Season is done. Focus on draft spots and finding a new HC.
  18. Love that Cam is back, but damn, they should have done this weeks ago. Is it too late for our season to be salvaged?
