    Was he a good coach? Sure! But he's past his prime. The new trend seems to be young, offensive-minded guys. That's the route we need to take.

    Changes have to be made soon. Reich was a mistake, Young was a mistake. They need to just accept that and move on.

    Why bother? If we lose Sunday, and more than likely we will, we're not making the playoffs at 0-5. It's already Thursday, no trade will be made before Sunday. I swear, they're about set us back for years to come.

    That wouldn't surprise me either, but fans are getting restless after years of terrible outcomes. If Tepper wants to keep fan support for this team, then doing something drastic may be in-order.

    Even Trevor Laurence looked bad his first season. But did very well his second year. People's expectations are just too high right now.
