After reading some comments on the thread about the deflected passes, and how it's possible it could have something to do with offensive scheming and play calling, it got me wondering a couple things....
First, could Darnold actually be better in Ben McAdoo's offense than Baker, even though most would agree Baker is the better QB overall? Second, could Darnold actually perform better and up to his original potential in a different offense like McAdoo's? I think it's possible, but have no clue if there's any technical or schematic reason that could happen.
I know I'm grasping at straws, and hope will drive you crazy sometimes, but I just want to win! I'm not one to see the bright side or root for losing to get a better draft pick or so we can fire a coach even if he's horrible lol.
