I do agree. However, there have been plenty of embarrassing coaches with other NFL teams. Les Miles comes to mind with Jacksonville. Also, who was that college coach who accepted the Atlanta job, then snuck out to take a college job. Mike Shula for Cincinnati . One of his players disrespected him on national tv. The player pulled Mikes cap over his face The embarrassment won’t be bad after a few wins.

I liked Teddy Bridgewater. I suspect Teddy was a victim of management at a time when everyone is looking for the next Drew Brees, Argon Rogers, Tom Bradly. If I am not mistaken, Trevor Lawrence was in the draft. People thought he would be the next superstar.

I certainly understand. Just about ever QB has turned up snake eyes. However, the law of averages will catch up and you will get a good QB. (In other words, even the worst bowler will get a strike at some point.) I think the jury is still out for Corral. He still has potential. He has the talent but, does he have the mentally to play in the NFL. I hate to admit, I am an Ole Miss alumni who has lost confidence in Corral. After yesterday’s game, I do not have confidence in Baker. Darnold has been tested with poor results. Yes he could have been in a slump. But, most people don’t slump for a season and a half. I think PJ Walker is the QB on the roster. I think he is the easiest to develop. Though is to take Bryce Young in the draft. If he is available. I don’t know any others off the top of my head. PJ Walker should be backup.

By the way, I can understand missing a field goal extra point try after a 15 yard penalty. Missing the 32 yarder is inexcusable.

Falcons won this game because they have a kicker named Koo. Meanwhile, our kicker is poo.

Just a few thoughts. I have many times seen a heartbreaking losses for my team. It’s very hard to watch a team fight claw and scratch for a win, only to have the other team come back and boom they win the game. However, this team damn near won this game. They were in this game until the very very end. If the coaches name was still Rhulezie, I doubt very seriously they would’ve been anywhere near being able to win. The Falcons are obviously, a much improved team. But I think the Panthers are much improved as well.

The last time Velma worked an Atlanta Falcons versus New Orleans Saints game, he was biased for the Falcons. Jonathan Vilma seems to like the Falcons quite a bit. I’m not sure why.
