Eh little old and shorter arms. Might be a fine LG day 1 and longshot LT of future.
-
Or they don't see a guy in the 2nd that is better than who they have in 2021. Plus there are 2 or 3 guys with HUGE potential still left than Thule can coach up for the real run at playoff success in 2022/2023.

And erving can't be worse than little last year. I think they went for minor upgrades and a lot of depth to groom the starters for 2022 and 2023.

Round 2 - Carolina Panthers select LSU WR Terrace Marshall

He's our DK Metcalf. Dude is a stud. -
This is 100% the Anderson replacement. Honestly he's going to push Anderson for #2 by the end of the season he was money late in 2019 and a star on a poo LSU team before he got hurt. I' much higher on him than the 2 Moore's picked in the 2nd this year. He was my target at 39 outside Jenkins. So to get extra picks and marshall I'm good. Also we struggled bin the redzone last year's this is a place he shines. So give Darnold a guy you can trust on a jump ball that has the box out size and leaping ability bro go over guys. Yeah I'm thrilled with him This is fitt's DK Metcalf in Carolina.

All the trade backs for this is more than worth it. I've had him pegged at 39 so at 58 and extra bullets, well done well done. If he didn't have an injury this year, he was a late 1st guy. -
Acquiring Marshall and 2 extra 3rds in the second, fitts you beautiful bastard you

Huddle loosing it because of the trade downs, think everyone picked will be clearly better than anyone else we take the rest of the draft.
-
And Simmons last year was rated how far ahead of Chinn. How did those rankings work out?
-
Brown I think had the highest ceiling in the draft at OT. Covid really affected his stock negativity. He's like a Moton as a small schooler but LT upside and amazing measurables.
-
Neither is starting in 2021 for us if we take them.
-
Would love to get all 3

For 2021, likely 2022, might coach up a 2021 draft pick. That's been my feeling for the last month honestly
-
Honestly the 1st OL I saw that we might have targeted outside Sewell at 8. With the roster construction, I really think they want a developmental OT as they don't think any can start over the vets day 1

2nd AND 3RD rounds tonight so we have a lot left to do.......
-
Kid is legit. I'm feeling marshall here too with the Brady connection and needing someone to replace Anderson.
-
Thule is trying to win the practice squad super bowl.
-
It's not 1-1 or even 2-1 what do you expect lol
-
And we traded out of the start of it.....
-
If you are a masochist
-
That's being nice

Mine too. Absolutely a ballhawk

Denver could conceivably give us something else

I would have liked him back in that deal, but he has a 1st round salary to pay still so not exactly cheap backup. -
Resident VT fan checking in. Farley shouldn't drop to the second but if he got past NO at 28, id start ringing some phones based on massive upside. Doubt I would actually get a deal done as 39 to 29 isn't worth it (unless you have him a top 15 player, and I don't). I'd love for him to make it to 39, but don't see it. He would be one hell of a steal there. I don't think he's in the same class as many of the former VT CBs that were very good, but he has a lot of size on all of them, had games and stretches of dominance. But, he sometimes was inexplicably out of position for big plays, and lots of health issues. And VT doesn't have a good medical recovery record, lots of broken down guys once they get to the NFL. He fits fitterer build/type from what Seattle targeted. That said the "cheaper" version of Farley is Israel Makuamu. He's a guy I bet we target.
