One week out until we see how Darnold's going shape up against the 1's. He played one less game last year then the previous years, also add the fact he had less pass attempts so less chances of throwing a pick...but all n all...he averages a INT a game... And why don't you bring up the fact he's become more of a checkdown QB, his passing yards average is on a decline...he's worse than Teddy because Teddy knew he couldn't make the throw so didn't...Darnold will try...but we all know how that story goes...so... No Turnovers all preseason for our QBs...how long will that last...??? Crazy to think his first pick might go to the Jets....wow from our friends over at the Jets forum... He was a turnover freak in HS. He was a turnover freak @ USC. He was a turnover freak as a Jet. And he'll be a turnover machine @ Carolina too. Google his Turnovers from HS to now...he's gotten worse, you clearly forgot the FUMBLES. Take away Darnold's name, look at it like PJ's name is there...now tell me are you still a believer....if so, if you like Darnold now you going LOVE PJ later....

I liked him coming out of the XFL, like Fitterer said his style of play... If someone, like Sean Ryan(anti-Shula), worked with him, his ceiling is high. Looking back, at our FO moves, especially with Rhule, he believes in PJ enough to have him as insurance in case Darnold fails...he still was able to get his lockdown CB, which was needed, after all it's been Phil Snow Defense that's been the real reason for Rhule's success. And I don't hope Darnold fails, I just don't believe he will succeed, like most feel about PJ... At least with PJ, there's hope...an unknown factor...which by the way, I liked how they had him cool it back some after week1... Ya'll seen Fitterer's interview after that week 1 performance from PJ, and no sight of Darnold...

Can be fix...ain't that the assumption with Darnold. 2 bad throws in the RZ...against Detroit. And it's already been said, proven this preseason our RZ offense sucks...and that was before we knew it was a problem...PJ was trying to hard, first game...still won though. And the energy the defense had from our offense energy is what's so addictive when it comes to PJ, some call "IT" "ENTERTAINMENT" And how many fans on here dislike PJ(Mr.Scot)??? or when Cam was here, wanted Kyle Allen to be the new franchise QB...lol... I've personally been burned by Darnold, once again...-4 pts...i lost my Fantasy Superbowl(ALOTOF$) by 2 pts...I could've picked up a backup QB to sit on the bench with 0 pts and won. So I JUST DONT LIKE SAM...I STRONGLYDISLIKE DARNOLD... They only did that, as a way to highlight any negative stat they can find on PJ, some fans will never like the "mobile" QB... they'll claim Darnold's athletic... But the fact PJ is a topic is what scares them the most, they clearly don't have faith in Darnold, they looking at PS QBs...

I think the real prediction should be his week 1 stats...will he be outperform by a rookie...???? 256 yards...our WRs RAC 1 TD 1int... Pick 6 ended the game...
