11/16 84 yrds, before the punt fumble...avg about 5.25 yards and that was after RAC...alot of check downs, 2nd string defense didn't play after 1st quarter...it was 2nd quarter with about 9 minutes left when the punt fumble occurred. So yeah 162 yards total at half 2TDs against 3 rd stringers... against 5 2nd stringers 5 3 Rd stringers 1 starter, he went 11/16 84 yards, sacked once, had a fumble ruled as an incomplete pass...once again before the punt fumble

Like I've stated before, I'm rooting for the best to play, if Will would've stayed, I would've push for Will to start, saw a lot of moxie from him in that BAL game after learning who he actually played against. Again at the end of the preseason he had the best overall performance, check the stats against the teams, and he played against better competition. Same defense at the 2 min warning, started the 3rd against PJ, he moved the ball just efficient as Darnold did right before half, the RB just got the TD...but he put us in scoring position every drive.... didn't have one sack allowed Those who talk completions, don't take in account he passed up on the easy check downs, which he could've use to boost his stats but he always hit his 2nd or 3rd read, if the 1st wasn't there. He creates plays, can go off script if needed.

I saw the Steelers using 3rd stringers, and Darnold couldn't moved the ball, until a punt returner fumbled the ball. And that 2 min drive, lol, are any of them guys still on the team???? Different Perspective

Carolina first ever game was against the Jets....*we came in the league saying at least we better than the jets* His former team...
