  1. Jerry Richardson tried that for you guys already.
  2. Conversely, I think the facts are so clear it should be easy for everyone to see, but that's obviously not the case here. I bet your investments, if any, are based off Fox News and Yahoo Finance. Enjoy the smoke screen..... dude.
  3. For Panthers fans you had better hope the Panthers goal is to drive up the trade price on Burns and get something close to what they are "reporting" they have been offered....Very simply put after November 1 the Panthers have ZERO bargaining power when it comes to signing Burns or trading him in 2023. They will be forced to pay him what 2 first round picks is worth if he isn't traded or he will walk. How do you hillbillies not see this?
  4. I find it funny a clueless fan base that commiserates every week about how poopy their team is would want to remain clueless, rather than listen to people outside their little bubble who actually understand what's really going on here.
  5. Schefter was used by credible source to up the CMC price and the information helped the Panthers achieve the highest offer possible by doing exactly what they are doing with Burns. Stating that they will NOT trade him unless it's astronomical....Panthers are just trying to get their offers higher by reporting they won't trade for 2 first round picks....hoping this gets the price up for what they will eventually do before the trade deadline, which is trade Burns for the best offer by driving the price up. If they don't trade Burns before the trade deadline, then Burns plays out his 2023 season and walks. No way the Panthers can pay the equivalent of 2 first round picks in compensation for him, when they need so many more important pieces. Oh by the way....here is another credible source about CMC just driving up his price so the Panthers can get something for the best RB in the league. “People from those same teams say running back Christian McCaffrey is available, under the right terms,” Fowler reported on Tuesday. ‘They want a lot,’ a high-ranking AFC personnel man said. Think a first-round pick or more.”
  6. *sighs* same poo different player. Listening hardly means the team is dealing McCaffrey. If the Panthers do not receive what they feel is a real offer -- with a high draft pick or multiple picks -- they are adamant that they will hold on to McCaffrey past the NFL's Nov. 1 trade deadline, sources told ESPN. Adam Schefter Does someone really need to explain this Mickey Mouse poo to you or are you still stuck to a "credible" reporters tit sucking down all the smoke screen. Really?
  7. Congratulations...you failed on business comprehension. How exactly can a good reporter verify multiple sources that work for the Panthers btw on an offer that was not accepted? Have you ever negotiated anything in your life? Do you have a clue how the "real" world works? I think not.
  8. Adam Schefter being used by Carolina to drive up CMC price...just like Burns price.
  9. Reporters are just that...reporters. The report the information given them. Anyone with the slightest business sense understands the advantages of driving up the price and the best way to do that is to get the information out there via reporters. Reporters are only as credible as their source.
  10. Fitterer will be remembered as the GM that traded CMC, whether it was a good trade or bad doesn't matter, Carolina will never be happy about that. If Fitterer was smart he would gut this team and get as many picks as he can rather than leave parts and pieces in place that he can not retain during a partial rebuild and will eventually lose. I would prefer he just gut it and move on along with the rest of the staff. Carolina needs to be built from the top down with new GM, Coaches and Management who can build a team rather than continue to grab worn out parts and pieces or pay for some new parts while refurbishing others. It's a half ass rebuild unless its 100%
  11. Multiple Panthers reporters confirmed CMC wouldn't be traded for less than a 1st round pick too....
  12. What I'm saying is it's a smoke screen. They want 2 first round picks and are saying they turned it down already to create their desired outcome. At best, they received a late 1st and a 3rd and that's a stretch. By the way NFL GMs lie a lot....IE not accepting less than a 1st round pick for CMC...then accepting less...lol. That was reported by the great "Adam Shefter" too. GMs feed the press poo and hope to create the poo they feed them.
  13. Reliable source is full of poo. No way the Panthers are this stupid. Oh wait a minute, is Tepper still the owner?
  14. Carolina is gonna fug this up and beat Tampa today. Brady is still hung over from the Kraft wedding and hasn't had Gisele kitty in months. Fast forward 11 games and the 8-9 NFC South Panthers squeak into the playoffs only to get blown out by 30. By this time, interim head coach has already been hired for 20 years and Mayfield was given the keys to the city along with QB1 Mahomes type contract. Tepper has successfully cemented Carolinas doom for the next 4 years. Can't wait.
  15. If Carolina doesn't trade Burns then they will lose him after 2023 rookie contract expires. The guy isn't going to sign a contract and will walk. If Burns is here after the 2022 trade deadline where teams are looking for a Super Bowl push type trade and are willing to give 2 first round picks (which I don't see anyone doing), then he will be here through 2023 and walk in 2024. Carolina will have nothing to show for him. Again, I don't see anyone trading 2 firsts, so enjoy Burns for the next year and a half until he has finished serving his prison sentence in Carolina.
