Teddy's contract is structured in a way its easy to move on after this season. Restructuring would only change that. Only reason for that is iff he plays and plays great and we want to keep him. Shaq's contract is already structured in a way he can be cut at time with some cap relief. Every year it gets a little easier and and with more relief so I wouldn't touch it unless you know you want to keep him around longer. I'm not sure that's the case.

Are you trying to define things in terms of fantasy football terms? There's roughly 10 WR1. Teddy isn't throwing TDs so we aren't going to be fielding any of those while that is the case. Moore was the closest though via yards. Using fantasy terms doesn't seem like the best way to judge Moore (or Samuel).

The exact QB in question is on a 4-12 team. A team who didn't have a first round pick 2 of the 3 years since he was drafted and is lacking in talent elsewhere. So either he isn't elite enough or your mantra isn't valid.

It is. Though very few seem to understand even the basics of the cap and we have several neat little online tools which spell it out. And it's really not that complicated. The only way it's a possibility is to wait until after June 1st. Which isn't going to happen if they even trade him.
