Panthers playing up to their potential rn!

Could see a very similar stat line for Darnold, he really is gonna be a wildcard this game. Gonna be the reason we win or lose. Our defense most likely won’t be able to hold the Seahawks the entire game.

I know many of us here want to lose out and secure a higher pick. Sadly, it looks like we’re going to be stuck in another middle of the pack season. Our remaining schedule is very weak and we will likely secure another win or two. On the positive side it looks like we will be in for some watchable games the rest of the season. Starting tomorrow with the Seahawks, I think we will pull the upset. Our defense is playing up to its potential, and has show its capability to shut down opposing middle of the pack offenses. With the Seahawks potentially missing rookie star RB Kenneth Walker, and superstar DK Metcalf the former potent Seahawks offense could be limited in its big play ability. Combined with Geno having a minor throwing shoulder injury I could see this being a low scoring affair. Beyond this, our running game has been deadly and can give us the ability to maintain control of this game if we can avoid turnovers. Sam Darnold is the wildcard here, I envision him playing similarly to the first couple weeks where we won last season. He’s not going to be tasked with carrying the offense for majority of the game unless our defense falters. Sam is playing for his career here, with a massively improved o line hopefully he can work through his progressions. Keep pounding everyone! Stay tuned for tomorrows game I think at the very least it will be entertaining to watch!

PFF is not the most reliable source of information, I’m sure people can agree with me but this kid demolishes players run blocking. Coming out of college he was considered the best run blocker in the past few drafts scouts were more worried ab his pass protection. I think we struck gold with Icky, he is gonna be our franchise tackle.

Rams Offering Two (Future) Firsts for Burns
shaq replied to OnlyPantherFaninMaine's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think Burns is a franchise cornerstone player, who is only 24. Who could easily be a top ten pass rusher for the next decade, I would prefer not to trade him. But if we are truly in a situation of tanking then I would consider it if we truly got equal value. Which would be 2 firsts minimum with a combination of picks in this upcoming draft like a 2nd and 3rd. -
He is a better run blocker then pass protector. Pancake mf machine, he’s a great player.
