  1. It never hurts to have more vet leadership, and a lot of teams with coach’s who were former QBS in the nfl still carry vet QBS due to this advantage.
  2. If people are fine with players like Joe Flacco, Nick Foles, and Teddy mf two gloves I see no reason why it’s crazy to suggest Cam. Cam is the best Mentor out of all of them and would command the most respect, he was a big influence on this new generation of QBS.
  3. Exactly brother that’s why we traded up, gotta get one of the two. I trust whoever our staff prefers, I’m so excited to watch our squad next season. Star rookie qbs bring excitement like no one else.
  4. I hear you dude, I don’t think anyone here was happy to see DJ leave. Great player and an even better person. Yet, end of the day this was the right move we have been searching for a franchise QB since Cams shoulder got ruined. This is the best chance we will ever get to find our guy. Quarterbacks run the league, a great WR can’t carry an offense but a great QB can.
  5. Cam was a national champion, and a heisman winner. Outside of comparable physical attributes, Cam is wayyy better of a prospect then AR it’s not even close.
  6. I hear you, but I genuinely see Young and Stroud in a whole other tier than Richardson. With Young and Stroud you’re talking about elite and I mean elite production in college, combined with a great combination of intangibles for each of them. Both have their elite trait, ball placement for Stroud and Play extension for Young. Versus Richardson who has 1 year of starting with eh results, as talented as he is why didn’t that translate to the college level, and why would it instead translate to the pros? Also, can’t miss prospects are never able to be traded for like it’s literally impossible to trade up for a Manning or a Lawrence whoever has the #1 pick is taking that guy. These guys have some flaws but they each have a real shot to be franchise QBS.
  7. I keep trying to talk myself out of Bryce Young but the only negative thing I can think of is just his size. I feel so shortsighted, Young is so mf talented.
  8. As much as I hate to say it size does matter for QB, but it doesn’t determine who’s better. Obviously you want the bigger guy normally, but at what point is height and weight more important than real QB intangibles. I’m just happy I haven’t seen anyone say we should take AR-15 over Young because he is bigger and faster. There is so much more to the QB position then your height and speed.
  9. Honestly I think the choice between Stroud and Young will go to who fits better under Reich’s system. In my opinion, that’s Stroud as he has elite ball placement especially on intermediate routes. On the other hand Bryce young’s biggest strength in my opinion is his play extension ala Russ and Mahomes, he can turn a dead play into positive yardage consistently. He is such a great out of structure player, I love both of them as prospects. Ima trust our A tier coaching staff on this pick.
  10. I could get behind signing Darius Slayton for a resonable contract, Chark and especially Jakobi are gonna get paid a huge bag.
  11. I’m fuging excited about Barno, maybe I’m being a homer but I noticed him when he got snaps. His first step is just scary combined with those long ass arms. Having him and burns opposite of eachother would be the fastest and most agile edge edge rush pairing I’ve ever heard of.
  12. Or resigned, Matt Ionidias actually makes a good 3-4 end.
  13. Our new DC is known for building defenses around players strengths so I’m genuinely so curious to see how Chinn is used.
  14. Amare Barno could make a great 3-4 linebacker edge, honestly makes more sense than Luvu there due to the extreme length and speed advantage. Personally I always thought Luvu worked better as an inside linebacker, he has insane play recognition and is a pursuit tackler. But he is not the most athletic dude, in fact he ran a 4.84 40 at his pro day, and I don’t mean to take away from him. He is one of our best defenders, and probably our most underrated defender in the league.
  15. Honestly speaking, this free agent WR market is so poo that all these dudes gonna be overpaid.
  16. That Franchise Guy has amazing content, love his videos.
  17. Agreed, most importantly we can understand his failures and what he saw. I think Fitt is a great gm, and I look forward to seeing what he can do going forward.
  18. Assets can lead to better assests, just because we’re open doesn’t mean we will. But it means if someone wants to overpay then come on down.
  19. Only thing the huddle can agree on is that we all deserve a pay raise
