Sure, if you're not building as a parking deck - if we're using the same math of 1 acre of land = 242 parking spaces. Let's say for a parking deck, 1 acre could handle 150 parking spaces (giving add't clearance for ramps and support. Let's make the parking deck 4 square acres (or 600 spaces per level). That's just your everyday, normal 18 story parking structure. More realistically, it'll probably be 10 acres -- making that 1,500 spaces per level, or a 10 story parking deck. Build some of that below ground vs above ground OR build more than one -- and it's not as terrible as it seems to look at. it might be a pain to drive around in, but it could work given different configurations. Disclaimer: "math" -

Probably looking at other stadium/mixed-use areas like the Braves stadium in Atlanta, where The Battery has seen some success of being able to draw people when games aren't happening. Making an entertainment district around the stadium increases generic walkability scores (which are viewed positively by urban-planners), and can also provide for additional options pre- and post-game to help spread out the timing of vehicle traffic that tends to jam up the roads uptown for a few hours. -
Watched a bit of the college bowls yesterday, including the FRISCO BOWL between the San Diego State Aztecs vs the UTSA Roadrunners. The Roadrunner's helmets had their logo on one side, and "210" on the other. I guessed that the 210 represented the San Antonio area code (which it does), but it's more than that. It represents the most desired player numbers, "0", "1", and "2" - and only the toughest players on the team from camp would be awarded those numbers to play. They were the bedrock of the team, the ones who embody the toughness that their coach wanted to see in all their players. Traylor first saw the concept used by current Carolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule during his stints at the helm of the Temple and Baylor programs. I told my team, ’I don’t want the first time we face adversity to be out there on the football field.’ I need to create as much adversity as possible before the game gets here.” Rhule certainly knows how to create as much adversity as possible, right? https://www.ksat.com/sports/2020/09/03/repping-210-breaking-down-utsas-triangle-of-toughness/

We've enjoyed Sushi Go, too Flux can be entertaining, but needs the right crowd. I'm not a fan of Secret Hitler; I find other "guessing" games more entertaining. Maybe it needs more playthroughs on my part. I like Talisman online; the iOS port seems pretty good. Forgot to add earlier: Pandemic and Azul. =-=- Been trying to play Betrayal at House on the Hill, Small World, and Gloom -- but nobody seems to want to dive into these.

No particular order, current favs are: Ticket to Ride Carcassonne Wits & Wagers Apples to Apples (*house rules only*) Family Feud Catchphrase Codenames Uno Bridge Euchre Hearts / Spades Sevens Bulls*** Mexican Train Almost all the Jackbox games, like Quiplash Kinda tired of all the Cards against Humanity-style games. CAH only seems to be worthwhile if you have a TON of cards available as opposed to just one or two packs that everyone's seen.

I like Cam. He's fun, makes the game exciting. I've been happy he's been a Panther. On the other hand, I am also 100% behind whomever our QB is at time the game is played. PJ? 100%. Sam? 100%. I may not like the final outcome of the games... but I support whomever we put out on the field, cause I cheer for the Panthers. That being said... Cam losing his last 12 Panthers starts, dating back to 2018, is not a good look. No matter how much we like what Cam does to energize the fanbase (both in-game and off-field) -- those are 12 loses that sit, in some part, on his shoulders. Even if you account for injuries, defensive headshots, bad coaching, dropped balls, tipped passes, fumbles, etc.... Cam as still partially responsible for those loses. I don't know how we can send Cam out on top with anything recently redeeming to add to his legacy of his first years with us. Which sucks. But it is what it is. Still sucky. -

I’ll grant that we’ll probably lose today. And likely by a big margin. I just want us to play as well and aggressively as we can today. Show some heart, some passion. Show us that we have something to believe in -

Youtube TV may be losing all Disney channels Friday

From https://www.sportingnews.com/us/ncaa-football/news/youtube-tv-espn-disney/7qv3nuhg0yn21f60xnq7cosck , the list of games to be aired on ESPN. Includes: Orange Bowl and Cotton Bowl on Dec 31, CFP championship on Jan 10 (THESE will be the trigger for fans/contracts, moreso than most of the others on the list) Peach, Fiesta, Rose Bowl, Sugar -- while many games will be interesting to watch, the regional bowl games don't always have as large a national pull as the CFP. Texas, Outback, Citrus. LSU, Kentucky, Arkansas.... Oh no, we won't get the Pinstripe Bowl, the Cheez-It Bowl, the Fenway Bowl, Quick Lane Bowl, Guaranteed Rate Bowl.... That Kent State v Wyoming game is going to be riveting! I jest, slightly -- but some of these bowl games are not going to showcase the players we may be interested in for draft potential as well as watching the same players during the competitive season. For some of these games, they sometimes come across as glorified pro bowls. -

It was announced back in November, and they’re giving subscribers more features with the price hike. So not really a predatory price hike in reaction to YouTube. -

Also from from the report: The adoption of COVID-safe practices - for cocaine We found that overall, people who used cannabis were more likely to report safer use practices (55%) after the onset of the pandemic than people who used cocaine (42%). Considering country differences in cocaine safer-use practices, the countries with highest rates of increased frequency of COVID-safe practices were Brazil (59%) and Sweden (58%); while countries reporting the greatest increases in risky cocaine behaviours included Poland (50%) and Romania (44%). -

If we do end up needing to pick up a new HC this off-season (or earlier!!!), who is realistically on the list? Chances are we won't be able to talk to Eric Bieniemy until late January at the earliest. What other names are you thinking?
