    He has another season as a head coach we can look at also. Point is, he’s never proven to be a great head coach or coordinator. The only thing going for him is that he’s from Charlotte and the players like him. I mean that’s great but after the years we endured under Rhule and the last few years of Rivera, it’s time to change the course around here

    Not sure why OP is getting flack… Are there really people out there that think Wilks should be the head coach moving forward?

    Probably safe to change that last part to year 1. He’ll be by far the best HC in the division the day he steps foot in Charlotte and I don’t see the other 3 teams in the South making much improvement next year.

    Wilks and the players will play the game of their lives to try and help Wilks get the job. Don’t be surprised to see Horn rushed back to play. Saints on the other hand will sit all starters

    We won just enough to not get a top QB and lose just enough to miss playoffs. Who didn’t see it coming?

    If you expect the rams to be mediocre the next 2 years, sure. Knowing our luck they’d finish bottom 10 this year and win the super bowl in 23 and 24 when it matters for us with their first round pick

    Get in position to either use a ton of draft capital to move up for a QB or give garrapolo more than he’s worth, just for the sake of getting a couple of meaningless wins this season. Franchise can’t get out of its own way.

    Navarro had the highest bid and is actually from the Carolinas but they forced the sell to Tepper.

    On second thought, maybe apathy is what Tepper is aiming for. That would actually make more sense. Keep Rhule around and continue trading for retread QBs until the stadium becomes mostly empty week to week and he can move the team

    Tepper will fire Rhule mid season, spend 3-4 months courting Sean Payton , only for him to go to Dallas or whatever better opportunity opens up. Then Tepper will reach for Matt Cambell or some other college guy

    He knows but his ego won’t allow him to do anything about it. The fact that everyone says what a terrible hire he is, has Tepper wanting prove to everyone that he was right and they are wrong….. at least that’s how I see it in my head

    My concern is that before training camp, Scott alluded to DE and DT being needs that they needed to address… yet they haven’t bothered signing anyone. Guessing Dunlap was the priority and when they lost him to KC, they didn’t have a backup plan and are now just waiting to see how things play out with YGM and/or scooping someone who gets cut from another team
