  1. Not liking the Texans red alert uniforms. The helmets are especially bad. College team bad.
  2. Easily! You have to include Panthers coaches as well in that number.
  3. I don't want the Panthers to fail, and from what I have seen, Bust Young playing qb greatly enhances the chances of that happening.
  4. Our old pal Sam Darnold did his best to lead the Vikings to a loss today, but just couldn't quite pull it off against the lowly Jags. Three interceptions and a 4th nullified by a penalty.
  5. The optimism is fantastic. Totally disconnected from reality, but it is really looking on the bright side of things.
  6. I spend some time at both. I find myself down voting things more frequently there. It is a different audience for certain.
  7. That is exactly what should happen when losing to the worst team in the league. Especially only a few weeks after beating the snot out of that same team.
  8. Jets, Dolphins and Patriots will be a round robin of AFC East misery. Dolphins probably the best out of that bunch and should gain some distance from the pack. Browns may actually win a game here or there now that Watson is done again. Raiders will unexpectedly win a couple more games. Giants will beat us head to head. Titans and Jags are both terrible. Either of these teams, and the AFC East loser of that bunch, are capable of stealing our #1 pick away.
  9. Here comes Bust Young and the Panthers, right in the nick of time for the Saints to get off their latest and current losing streak.
  10. He got into trouble while in Tampa for a groping incident with an Uber driver.
  11. I think it should be up to the coach. Dalton was brought in with the specific point of being a mentoring presence to Bust Young, by a previous regime. While that list of impending free agent qbs isn't very inspiring, I have no doubt of their ability to lead us to 1 or 2 wins as well.
  12. On the bright side, only 9 more games to lose this season. Flying right on by.
  13. You are completely right. Save it for when we take Jackson Dart #1 overall.
  14. I didn't want Morgan for the job. I didn't want to see a great Panther from the past sullied and brought down in the inescapable whirlpool of fuging suck that this franchise has become. It is a giant toilet swirling through an endless supply of turds.
  15. Getting some dogs on this team. They get beaten like a dog. Not much else. .
  16. Yes indeed. More of the same loss-leader deals we've become famous for in the NFL. Of course, this doesn't compare at all to the total cost of what was paid for the privilege of drafting Bust Young, but business remains good overall.
  17. Aaron Rodgers has looked every bit like an over 40 player coming off a major injury too. Just End The Season
  18. To your point though, it is not fans, clear-thinking or otherwise, that will decide what happens.
  19. Agree. I thought going into the season that this edition would be a little better than last year's team. Not much, but I didn't think the record would reflect that improvement. The players that suit up now and hit the field are collectively the worst Panther team though.
  20. I am sure he knows deep down that he can't play at this level.
  21. 2001 and 2010 were really tough to watch. But I could at least watch them. The last Panthers game I have watched from start to finish was the Packers game last year. They are unwatchable. I don't have the appetite and the fortitude to endure even watching a game for this team.
  22. It is completely not fair for DC to get the axe. On the other hand, how do you really justify bringing him back after a historic 1-16 season? If you listen real closely, you can hear that calliope circus music playing far off in the distance.
  23. The Raiders used to have a slogan, "Commitment to Excellence." We can't really claim that, but maybe something along the lines of, "Kinda thinking about meh?"
  24. He was awarded that badge last year in camp. I was assured by very smart people here that it was normally done that way, and I was just being a cranky sourpuss that didn't know anything. It's funny though, our last franchise qb didn't get that designation his 1st training camp either, but he was a real qb.
