    Brian St. Pierre doing anything? Bust Young doesn't need to be out there ever again. The only *good* that will come from him is losing enough to get the #1 pick again. Dalton might still have a win or 2 in him.

    I would tend to agree. The awesome part is really, of the 3 premium positions, QB, LT and pass rusher, we have no standouts.

    Is there a player/position on the team that should not be considered for an upgrade? Maybe guard? I guess we can hang our hat on that spot.

    Atlanta hasn't had a pass rush in a long time. Beasley had 1 really good year, their Superbowl run I think. Otherwise..nothing.

    Probably so. He was completely ineffective though. Maybe it was still something from the shoulder injury. Does not matter at all now. I remember talking to a friend that offseason, and since all the speculation was he was coming here, I said he would instantly be the 3rd best Panthers qb ever. Ironically, we have seen much worse now.

    I really thought Mayfield would work out here. I guess whatever bad mojo is here was too much to overcome.

    RE: our uniforms. I agree. But I also think it is past time for a redesign, and then we would have a real throwback. The creamsicle Bucs uniforms were a joke. Now they are a retro treat.

    Falcons are wearing their throwbacks tonight. I guess that explains the "vintage" appearance of their field logo and end zones. I shouldn't laugh. It took them 50 years to have back-to-back winning seasons. Here we are with the count already up to 30 seasons.

    I don't like the Bucs. But I don't hate them either. They are a very good road game to attend. I have to admire them for being a shitty franchise like we are, but they have overcome it and won 2 Superbowls now. So maybe there is hope for us still.

    I hate Atlanta. So I will watch just to see them lose.

    The only way this team is making the playoffs is if our 3 division rivals suffer tragic ends to their season and we win by default. Just play the games, do the best they can and move forward next offseason.

    The absolute worst will be having to turn back to Bust Young if there is an injury. How can he be pushed back out there after today's performance? Cut bait.

    Nobody is printing up playoff tickets, but it was great they looked competent, competitive, and victorious, instead of the punching bag that they've been for the entire Bust Young era. If he had played today, it would've been more of the same, 30-6, and we all know it.

    It doesn't matter. We are a terrible and pathetic team that hasn't been good in a decade. Until we get good again it's a bunch of low hanging fruit.

    The Jets sent Wilson and a 7th to Denver for a 6th. Wilson has won a few games. I'm not sure Young would fetch a better price.

    Not the worst idea. The only things we seem to draft well are lbs and rbs.

    Why would the Dolphins, with a dynamic high octane downfield passing attack, give up draft capital, and a player, to bring in someone that has shown no ability to drive the ball down the field? I get they are maybe in the qb market, but that is not a fit.
