Sewell was drafted to play LT, I think he'd take over and they'd have 2 all pro level tackles. Even if not that, one of those 3 would get kicked inside. Jesus, no fuging wonder this was such a fuging shitshow. I've worked for places where management instigates conflict between departments and employees. It always seemed like a way to make people fight with each other rather than pay attention to their complete failures as managers. Also know that every single player knew exactly who the rats were. well, and Evero's staff. Evero was a good Coord, but also his assistants at all levels did a good job. I would keep that cohesion together for defensive stability. The offense and special teams should be completely uprooted.

Its gonna be Bryce next season. That said, I mentioned this a while back, I wouldn't be surprised if we signed Russel Wilson this offseason. With Bryce's size and limitations, Wilson is a guy they can have mentor him and I really don't think he's gonna be a hot commodity this offseason. Also Dan Morgan has connections with Seattle and gets more prominent if we decide to go with Dave Canales which I think we might again with Morgan's Seattle connections.

the only positive I have to say about it is he understands panthers culture and why Keep Pounding is important. It will take a good draft and some competent offseason moves to make me a real believer but maybe he can help bring back some semblance of culture back.

All we need is a left tackle, 2 guards, a number 1 and 2 wide reciever, a tight end, a dt, edge rusher, a safety, 2 corners, and a competent head coach and gm and we could compete for the last wild card spot.

The more I look into and think about it, the more I want Bobby Slowik as our coach. What I thought about was Dan Quinn, he was hired in atlanta and looked amazing early, but what made him successful was having a good Offensive Coordinator, that OC was Kyle Shannahan. After he left, Dan Quinn began his downfall. A comparable situation is Demeco Ryans. Would the Texans be where they were without that impressive offense? I think Slowik is a high flying up and comer coming from the Shanahan coaching tree. One other benefit is that he and the Texans had plans around if Bryce would fall to them at 2 meaning to me he had some sort of plan for Bryce should he have been Houstons QB. Also he'd be 36, so basically the same age as Kyle was when he got the SF job. Pair him with Evero and lets roll.
