  1. We should prlly extend him, if he plays well next season it'll be a bargain....sorry, just using the same logic we did last offseason...
  2. man, got our future LT and QB in the 2nd and 3rd, fugin god tier draft right there boys.
  3. nah, coach has an eagle eye for talent, slater was only a guard, def not worth our early pick.
  4. fug it, bring back whitehead, his arm length is good prlly.
  5. I say no, but I'll support regardless day 1. To be fair, I hated the cam pick, I wanted Marcell darius...so I'm not exactly a savant, so I'll give any pick a chance till they prove me wrong.
  6. Honestly, i'd just worry about Guards, Elf was decent at center, just keep him there, we have to pay the guy anyway.
  7. Imo, ridder is THAT GUY...but only in A draft like one where dak went in the 2nd round, instead he's gonna be a first and be killed before he can develop.
  8. While I love the poo on Rhule stuff too because I think he's a dipshit in over his head, I will take a more serious tone for this response. Here's 3 things Rhule should do IMMEDIATELY 1)Step. Away. From. The. Microphone. Seriously, I've never seen someone with such tremendous foot in mouth disease and he doesn't know how to stop. From the Christensen arm length and double down on that debacle to blaming Cam for something he did correctly in game, it just seems he cant get out of his own way. Watch some of the other good coaches talk, learn from them. It sucks for us as fans to not get your honest opinions but it wont be as catastrophic as these situations. 2)Stop being hands on in the personnel decisions. Not saying go completely away, but give fitterer a framework of what needs to be addressed and let HIM make those decisions, and just because he chose someone YOU may not agree on their fit, still give those players a chance or its all a complete moot point. Fitt is paid to design the roster, you're paid to operate the roster, know the role and get back to that. 3)Listen to your new coaches. FINALLY you have someone with NFL experience on your staff. We as fans may not agree with the Macadoo hiring, and I openly made fun of the "rockstar" status of it, but he's still a guy with a ton of NFL experience, listen to them, they have insight that you don't, and will provide a HUGE value to you in many ways, and probably on both point one and and point 2 before this. If Rhule does those things, and somehow can turn around this Hindenburg sized clusterfug, then he absolutely has the possibility to keep his job and turn around public opinion of his. That said, my personal belief is his ego will get in the way of doing any of this.
  9. Well yea, Tommy tubberville already blazed that path, but its unlikely at this stage. College coaches are locked in for recruiting purposes at this point. If harsin is fired, its more likely an outsider that gets hired because it's to volatile from inside the college ranks imo.
  10. and honestly, what else panthers related is there to even discuss right now? Its the offseason, but its still like a full month away from even realistically talking about real draft possibilities. This is the deadest of the dead periods for teams like us who are irrelevant, and considering the name is brought up by someone else around the auburn program, might as well mention because its not like we have anything else to talk or speculate about.
  11. When majority of jobs college jobs that he would have considered, he was at the point in the season with some to go to show something, he had just brought cam back, then it just went completely off the rails. Also at this point, there isnt gonna be many people willing to go to college job right now, and auburn has the boosters that would fork up the money to pay for it if they would want it.
  12. Im not saying it will happen, but when Harsin is fired, there will definitely be speculation so we might as well get ahead of it.
  13. this tweet was out yesterday, when I looked into the story, see some speculation of Auburn targetting Rhule https://atozsports.com/nashville/head-coach-options-auburn-tigers-bryan-harsin-fired/ Just speculation, but we still might have hope even though Harbaugh is goin back to Michighan.
  14. Might as well, Rhule is gonna get fired next year anyway, might as well stock up on young talent for a new non-imbecilic coach.
  15. Tbf, McDermott was shown the door in Philly and was close to getting the are with our whole coaching staff before the turnaround in 2013. Not saying he'll be good or bad, but sometimes right place at right time matters.
  16. Thankfully we went 0-4 against the nfc east, gives us the opportunity to improve from our 5 win seasons to a 2 win season.
  17. Nope, lame duck year, would kill a qb that could be good...
  18. In fairness, with our o-line, he throws for zero yards and gets sacked every time. Darnold sucked, but oline was circus grade bad.
  19. I would love flores more than anyone, but I have a feeling he's in line for the houston job. But if rhule goes Michigan it would be because Harbaugh went LV, meaning bissacia is on the market. Honestly I don't think of him as a retread, he got his shot and even with adversity he got a team that hadn't been to the playoffs to regroup. reminds me of how Arians held the colts together when Pagano was out with cancer.
  20. If harbaugh takes LV, Rhule Takes Michigan, I hope we're running to Rich Bisaccia's door. Guy overcame a ton of adversity and deserves a chance to be a head coach.
  21. OMG Im so fuging hyped up. I could juice a lemon on these nipples, fuging insane amounts of hype generated around BEN MACADOO! I hope I can contain myself, he's basically the only person I've ever wanted as an OC! I mean, I would let him sleep with my wife, its pretty much the best moment in panthers history and I cant contain my excitement....I might have been a little sarcastic...
  22. I'd love to take cousins if the contracts work and make sense, hes a much better qb that people give credit for. He's thrown for over 4k yards every year that he's started 16 games. He's a guy that puts up numbers and does win. Lastly, he is a vet who would demand respect in the locker room which right now I look around and we feel like we don't have enough leaders in the locker room, lord knows our coach isn't one.
