Disagree, this Dalton deserved an award and never got it.

Dalton was also awful in the preseason when he did play.

yup, middle, I'd say between like 17-22 in the NFL. Lets just break it down by NFL starters right now. Hes better than wentz, fields, Flacco, Gabriel, Tua, Rattler, Geno, Cam Ward, kyler murray, and whoevers starting for Ravens right now. That would put his BASE at 22/23rd best in the NFL and hes in a box right now with a group of "alright but not dominant" QBs

Damning indictment of Bryce Young

this is a disingenuous take. Bryce isnt gonna blow yer mind with a 60 yard strike in stride like cam did to Ted Ginn vs the raiders (still one of the most impressive throws I've EVER seen, goes dramatically overlooked). That said, something like his side arm tight window to legette last game is an impressive throw that I dont think Dalton makes AT THIS point in his career. Disclaimer: I am not a bryce dick rider. He absolutely should have improved in SO many areas by now that he hasnt. However, he is a middle tier QB in the NFL right now, denying that is just not being honest. I would even agree he hasnt shown to be a franchise QB. As of right now, his best comparable NFL qb to me is Alex smith. A qb you'd be alright having if he wasnt the #1 overall pick. -

I agree too, I dont think though its because hes a gunslinger. Dalton in the late part of his career can do that and it can lead to turnovers which could cost us. Dalton needs to not try to go out and win the game, just manage the game. -

in this game, it doesnt matter really too much. I think Bryce would make a few more throws, but honestly, just like our recipe the last 3 weeks, its gonna depend on our run game and stopping the opposing run game and hopefully getting a few opportunistic turnovers. Bryce isnt the reason we're winning, hes not the reason we would lose though either. -
I really have no clue what to expect sunday. To quote one of my favorite bands of all time, Operation Ivy "All I know is that I dont know". We could win, hell we could win convincingly, we also could lose in blowout fashion. We could be in a back and forth game with whoever has the ball last winning. I legit HAVE NO CLUE. This isnt the dominant bills teams of the past, Allen is still elite and can win any game by himself. That said, heres my stab at looking at things. Our defense is made to stop this kind of team. Strong against the run, a great corner but meh talent around the field. We've stopped prolific run offenses this season. Javonte Williams - Season low yards and ypa against us. De'Von Achane - Season low yards and ypa against us Breece hall - 3rd worst yards in a game Fact of the matter is, we arent what we were last year, we are a good run defense and that lines up well against the bills, Stop the run. For once the lack of moving Jaycee might be a good thing, he will essentially lock down a side and without multiple real weapons thats fine. Buffalo does not have an elite guy, theyve got a gaggle of average dudes. Allen will stay away from Jaycee, it will be on Mike Jack and Chau Smith Wade do to their part and they will be matched with guys they can play at the level of. On offense, we do what the bills are bad at. We run the ball well, and they suck at stopping the run. Rico and Chuba will need 30 carries. Andy Dalton will need to be opportunistic. My big fear is what we learned last year, Dalton can get overconfident and make bonehead throws. Its this simple. Run the ball, stop the run. Dont turn the ball over. If we do these 3 things, we will be in a position to win in the 4th quarter.
